Very strategic location near to everything. Easy for commuters. Easy to locate. Staffs were accommodating and nice. Guards were courteous.

I love the location of the Red Planet Hotel. It is very convenient to Ayala Mall and we can easily get a taxi. Thank you for your place.

I always stay at the Red Planet for it's location close to Ayala mall and DOLE. I had actually stayed 2 weeks previously during which stay they informed us that their hot water heater was broken and the showers were cold. Ok....but I thought that after 2 weeks they would have fixed it. No. I arrived at 10pm after a 6 hour drive, to be told that they hot water was still not working. No offer of a refund or discount, not a phone call upon booking to let us know. Very unimpressed this time. Once is fine, but over two weeks and still not fixed isn't acceptable.
