The hotel is well located and has an amazing staff from the security to the general manager.
I really enjoyed my stay and they have good facilities like the spa, the inside pool and the breakfast is also good and complete.
I will come again for sure

Don’t ever stay in that hotel. Worse hotel stayed in. Overrated and pictures are misleading. First they told us they did not have our reservation, then when we show it to them, they charged us more and gave a room where nothing worked. No towels, no soap, no shampoo, we had to as for everything. The TV and the shower did not work. It was dirty. Everything was rusty in the shower. There were a couple of incidents in the hotel that kept us awake until 3:30am because of the noise.

Stay away from this hotel at all costs! The unprofessional receptionist and hotel cleaners made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. We left a sign on the door, but the workers still entered our room and stole our exclusive and expensive Valentino perfume. Despite personally checking the room before checking out, we discovered items missing from our suitcase on our way to another city. The workers denied any involvement and were extremely rude when we called to confront them. We had to threaten police involvement before miraculously, the perfume was suddenly 'found' under the bed. It's clear that the staff can't be trusted. I've been to Morocco over 10 times and stayed in many places in Casablanca, but this hotel is the worst by far. Save yourself the trouble and find a more trustworthy and professional place to stay. The receptionist name was "Amina" and I do not know the names of all the other 3 ladies. The area does not even feel safe to be honest if you are walking around at night by oneself. I have been to the most dangerous places in the world so as a man with my lady she is in good hands but would not recommend for a women to walk around here

Terrible hotel, à éviter car très sale! Les serviettes déchirées et sales. Personnel incompétent ! à éviter. La chambre pue. J'étais déçu du rapport qualité prix je vais porter plainte car c'est de l'arnaque. à toute personne envisageante de passer un séjour dans cet hôtel. Il vaut mieux éviter !

Les chambres sont trés médiocre par rapport à un 4 étoiles On est rester moi et ma mère du 26/05/23 au 28/05/23 Ya pas de cocktail de bienvenue Le staff et trés gentil Apparemment ils ont fait la rénovation d'une seul parti de l'hôtel La piscine est trop petite au sous sol par rapport au photos afficher sur le site Le quartier où se trouve l'hôtel est très mauvais surtout le soir Pour le petit déjeuner ya pas grand chose juste du café noir des céréales et quelques croissant Pour l'omelette et le jus

Hôtel classique. Pas d’exigence il y a le minimum malgré un personnel agréable qui fait de son mieux. Petit déjeuner décevant. Pas assez de serviettes en salle de bain. Chambres spacieuses mais vieillissantes. La mienne avait une petite terrasse et un canapé en plus. . Bien situé

Hôtel neuf, très propre. Bien située. Les chambre sont calmes bien décorées le mobilier est neuf. Le petit déjeuné est correct et servis à table. Il y’a une piscine peu profonde pratique pour les enfants (piscine très bien entretenu et propre les serviettes sont fournies) Il y a également un spa et un parking à disposition. Les employés sont au petits soins très professionnel, réactif et rapides
