Stayed 1 night. All was great except the fan in the bathroom (I think its off its threads). Room was comfy, clean A/C worked great. Breakfast was average. Folks were friendly.

We enjoyed staying here when we came to visit Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, a nice outdoor hot tub, and a tasty breakfast.

Spend a night here as I passed through. I was surprised how nice it was. The room and shower were big and it was all very nice. The outdoor pool and hottub were open even though it was cold out which was nice, I used the hottub for a minute. The gym was small but it was okay. The service was nice, located across from Planet Fitness and on the end of a ***** of stores so location was good. I don't know why I thought it wouldn't be that great because I was quite happy with this place. I missed the breakfast since I left before it started.

This hotel was very clean, bed was the most comfortable I had slept in as far as hotels. Staff was warm and friendly. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is in a great location and is extremely clean… the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The Thanksgiving decorations were so tasteful, very beautiful.

Enjoyed having a suite with a comfortable couch to sit and read. It was a very convenient location for our weekend purpose. Nice place would recommend to others.

The room was clean and spacious with a sofa area and two queen beds. The only problem was that there was a mold smell in the bathroom. The next day we were able to get into another room that didn’t have that smell.

Property was very clean and well maintained- also beautifully decorated for fall. Was quiet our entire stay. Breakfast had many choice and all were delicious.

Our two night stay was very pleasant. The only complaint we have is that there are no hooks or additional towel racks in the bathroom to hang your face towels on.
