I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room itself was lacking. Outdated bathroom with a bathtub that had nothing to keep you from skipping to the bathroom tile that just as slippery even with the floor towel. The room was big and clean with a nice bed but the lugging was awful. There were 2 side tanks lamps, 1 floor lamp, and a desk lamp(didn't work). Even with the 3 that worked out was still very dimly lit. The pipes in the wall sounded like they were going to bust when a another room would turn on their water. It was so loud. When I booked this room it said it was a 3 star hotel, more of a 2. Without the staff a 1. There not being an elevator to the second floor was tough. Then there were 2 sounds at night. One sounded like something cheering on wood above me, and the other was something tapping on the wall. There was an extra charge when I checked in that wasn't on the site when I booked it. This could be the hotel or this dues fault, bit sure. My rating didn't really reflect the start because of the categories.

Needed an iron but they were not able to supply one had to go buy one. not acceptable

Loved the area, easy to get to everything by walking. Food was amazing! Service was excellent, definitely recommend for family's!

Conveniently located next to a bunch of shops and restaurants. Outlet across the street. Didn’t need to drive anywhere really. The food hall is really cute. Could use some updating but otherwise a good stay.

Very Clean Hotel. My room was facing the freeway and I thought I wasn't going to sleep at first. But it actually was not a problem. I slept well

Good location and nice room but unfortunately the room didn't have heat and its was no water.So we couldn't take shower or even brush our teeth.
