Not the best location but it’s peaceful little far from the center of the city.

No no no! Strongly not recommended hotel. Awful service in the restaurant. Daniel the waiter was terrible and unpleasent! The next day blonde waitres told me at 10.06 that I will not receive more water to drink as the breakfast is till 10.00 and it is over. Our key card was set only till noon the next day, as it was difficult to set it for 2 nights, so we need to wait in the reception for another setting. In the reception is only a "trainee" for all day, who works here only 3 weeks and do not know how hotel should work. He called us in the morning and asked to immediately pay for the massage which is... in the afternoon later that day! At the room there is no, botteled water, amanities, even earpads nor kettle and AC doesnt work properly. It would be unfair to say that all the hotel is 1* as the food is super tasty and spa is really enjoyble. There is no manager in here who will tell the employee how the hotel shoul be organized.

It's a Really great place to spend a weekend, or more. We have been there in a winter time, so I can just imagine how gorgeous it could be in a summer time. It was a birthday celebrations, so everything was really on a top level - starting from services, cousine, waiters, atmosphere etc. For sure I'll be back, Cihelny!

Perfect hotel service with very friendly and always helpful staff. Family friendly approach, wellness and sauna world ready to use throughout the day The hotel manager and golf receptionist are very flexible and helpful. The golf course has always been beautifully landscaped, the fairway in top condition despite the dry season. Greens well rolled, speed optimal. It will be a pleasure to return.

Great, we go to Cihelen repeatedly. The golf course is beautiful, the hotel rooms are modern with perfect beds, a friendly atmosphere, and pleasant staff. Ideal for relaxation with golf activities combined with wellness. We recommend it to everyone.

Nice location, nice building but poor service. I was told they have kingsize mattress and 1 piece finally it was two pieces with a difference of 10 cm between the mattresses. When ordering no one actively really came, young team and unexperienced. Having soo much space they could really make a nice SPA area, two Saunas only, pretty small and in the relax area outside you only see four walls. Perfect location and nice building as such but the smaller things that make the big difference were simply missing.

This used to be a good hotel with great facilities and great food. After a bad experience a few months ago we did want to give it an other try. I now wish we wouldn’t… The hotel is in saving mode. We we soo cold in our rooms that we used the hair dryers to heat up the rooms. We had to take blankets from other rooms to get through the night. I am now writing this from the breakfast room where guests are using blankets and jackets to protect them from the cold. The buffet is almost empty and we try to leave asap. The staff is very frustrated by the situation. They do what they can but the heating in the hotel is off and the fire place stays off. All to avoid any costs. apparently the owner doesn’t give… about their guests and their online references.. If you consider to try Cihelny in the future… don’t. Save yourself from freezing 🥶

Wir waren Anfang August 2024 für 4 Nächte zum Golfen in Chielny. Das positive zuerst: die Zimmer sind sauber, die Ausstattung relativ neuwertig und das Personal ist freundlich. Der helle Teppich gehört dringend gereinigt. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig und direkt am Golfplatz. Die Liste, was alles nicht passt, ist deutlich länger. Befremdlich fand ich, dass man das Hotel bei Anreise im Voraus bezahlen musste. Speisen und Getränke konnten nicht auf die Rechnung gebucht werden, wie in jedem Hotel üblich - sondern mußten sofort bezahlt werden. Ich weiß, dass das Hotel Anfang des Jahres sowohl eine gute Speisekarte, als auch ein gutes Büffet hatte. Das hat sich jedoch grundlegend geändert. An keinem der Tage, die wir in diesem Hotel waren, gab es eine Speisekarte. Eine kleine Speisekarte gab es auch auf Nachfrage nur bis 17:00 Uhr. Einzige Möglichkeit für Abendessen im Hotel: Büffet - dieses war jedoch nahezu ungenießbar - der Fisch trocken und ungenießbar (an zwei unterschiedlichen Tagen), das Gemüse entweder zu Tode gekocht und matschig oder verbrannt, das Fleisch - na ja - ungenießbar. Lediglich die Salate, das Obst und die Kuchen waren gut. Wobei ein Kartoffelsalat mit Majonäse bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur grenzwertig ist. Ich bin nicht anspruchsvoll - aber jeden Tag nur Salat - so stelle ich mir nach einem Tag Golf kein Abendessen vor. Wir haben deshalb nach 2x ungenießbarer Halbpension im nahegelegenen Hotel Chateau Cihelny (keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß) in deren Restaurant gegessen - das dortige regionale Essen war hervorragend und kaum teurer als im Golfressort. Frühstück: ja, das übliche. Obst und Müsli. Und zweierlei Eierspeisen: einmal flüssiges Rührei und eine Art Spiegelei mit flüssigem Eiweiß. Bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur ist das weder hygienisch noch appetitlich. In Deutschland würde alleine diese Speise das Gesundheitsamt auf den Plan rufen. Speck gab es einmal - und auch nur, weil ich dies reklamiert hatte. Dafür gibt es jeden Tag gekochte Würstchen, zweierlei Wurst- und einen Schnittkäseaufschnitt - alles eindeutig aus der Packung. Regionale Produkte: Fehlanzeige Das Brot war eindeutig ebenfalls aus der Packung aufgebacken - Baguette, Vollkornbrot, das kein Vollkornbrot war und Toast. Das wenige Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Jedoch zu Stoßzeiten heillos überfordert. Geschirr wurde nicht aufgefüllt, Tische zu spät abgeräumt. Täglich mußte man beim Frühstück nach Latte Macchiato Gläsern und großen Tassen fragen, da keine da waren. Von den 2 Kaffeemaschinen war in der Regel eine Maschine nicht in Betrieb, da nicht nachgefüllt wurde. Dies führte jeden Morgen zu Warteschlangen. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon lag auf der Eingangsseite, über der Terrasse. Gut war, dass ab 23.00 Uhr kein Gast mehr draußen saß und die Musik abgeschaltet wurde. Die Zimmer liegen im 1. Stock. In den 1. Stock führt, eine schmale gewendelte Treppe mit 25 Stufen und einem Plateau in der Hälfte der Stufen. Da die Treppe gewendelt ist, ist ca. die Hälfte jeder Stufe so schmal,

Schönes Golfresort. Freundlicher Empfang mit Prosecco. Zimmer hell möbliert, keine Air Condition, aber Deckenventilator. Großes king size Bett. Ruhige Nächte, kein Lärm. Massagen sind erhältlich. Innenpool sehr angenehm. Restaurant mit sehr freundlichen Bedienungen, Preise sehr moderat. Terrasse wunderbar ruhig, toller Blick. Es gibt Golfangebote, auch die golf amore Karte wird akzeptiert. Leider kein Infomaterial über den Ort Karlovy Vary.
