I stay at the hotel often. Usually make my reservation onsite for the stay. Rooms are clean and Great service! The restaurant is simple with an amazing team they makes the experience unique. Edder is one of my favorite team members! He know what I eat, what I ate and always cheering my evening. Hats down to the entire team

Being a stranded tourist in Caracas where cash is king and no way to use s sanctioned visa card to either pay or withdraw money, Lidotel welcomed me to their «family». From the amazing receptionists to the rockstars handling the restaurant, I felt like home. 14000 km away, I did feel like hold. Thanks to the front desk and the amazing guys at the restaurant, to name a few, Edder, Junior and Ewing - my experience turned great! I spent 3 days there but it was an awesome experience. To sum it up - if you are ever stuck, Lidotel is the place to go.

Although I was born and raised in Caracas, I emigrated 20 years ago and had not returned since 2009 but a lot has changed. In a city that is full of challenges and difficulties for most of it's residents, Lidohotel provided an experience that I did not expect. It's not about the fine furnishings or rooftop restaurant or the top 4 things that I look for when boking a hotel room; clean room, comfortable bed, good and silent AC and good water pressure which Lidotel checks all, it's the staff that really make the difference. Every single employee from the housekeepers, to front desk to Novueau Restaurant like Noel, Marialys, Richard and many more that that escape my memory at the moment. In a country where minimum wage is less that $10 a month but has now shifted to a dollarized economy, it's simply amazing to run into people that go to work every day with a smile on their face with the goal of being of service to every guest and a the same time improve their own quality of life by working hard for tips so please tip often when you come.

La mejor comodidad y atención en el mejor hotel de la ciudad . El personal súper atento . Las camas excelentes y el clima ameno . Volvería a venir sin dudarlo . En mi lista es el número uno para hospedarme en la ciudad de Caracas . Complacida siempre

Lidotel Caracas es una súper opción en familia, negocios o simplemente una escapada. Habitaciones espaciosas, las camas muy cómodas, tienen un buen Wifi que te permite trabajar y excelente ubicación. Amé el baño con bañera De mis hoteles favoritos en Caracas. Gracias por todas sus atenciones

Las habitación en excelente condición la cama super cómoda No se siente nada de ruido y el servicio de limpieza A1 El servicio de desayuno muy variado y con excelente atención El personal de Recepción muy amable. El hotel tiene buena ubicación.
