Excellent service. Lovely place to go just to relax and have some fun with the family. The people working there are nice and kind and very helpful when attending to the guests. I would recommend people to go there if they need time out of life..

few weeks ago my husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary there. A particular thank you Tebogo in concierge who organised a nice shuttle for us and welcomed us and another thank you to the trainee in guest relations Rapeleng or Rabeleng and who made us feel so valued and seen had a nice chat with her during one of our meals and she was so excited and wanted to know more about us and our plans which is rare and for that she made our day , Me and my husband love the meals in the restaurant and the room we slept in was quite nice and the spa is very nice and the the staff is very friendly

I really enjoyed my stay what a beautiful place to ne the service is excellent i love everything about it, if you are trying to get away or do something fun you should definitely try it you won't regret, the food is amazing it's neat and tidy i love it

Room- 8/10 We were in a superior sea facing. The room was really spacious and the attention to detail/ small touches the hotel apply are amazing. The only reason this isn’t a 10 is the room in some areas is probably ready for a bit of a refresh but was more than comfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. Food- 10/10 Breakfast and the dinner we had at the twelve apostle’s was delicious. A great variety and plenty of it! Location- 9/10 The hotel is away from any town and the bus link is a taxi journey away. However, the Ubers are great in the area and the shuttle that the hotel provides is 5*! We personally liked the remoteness of the hotel as the walks/views etc mean more to us than a city vibe. Team- 100/10! Everyone we encountered at the hotel were absolutely fantastic. From Hlumi on reception the shuttle bus driver, waiting staff etc they were all brilliant. A warm welcoming smile and a true feel of nothing being too much really makes this hotel. Thank you team!

Overpriced, and clearly has some housekeeping to do! One you in a 5 star establishment and paying an arm and a leg the last thing you expect is cockroaches crawling on the chair you sitting inside Leopards Bar. Reported it to the manager who deemed blaze about it and almost like it was a norm. Service from Fernando was amazing hence the 3 stars. When you paying almost 300 for sushi ( 4 to 6 pieces) you definitely expecting high end ambience, cleanliness and service. Can’t say this was the case

This hotel is heaven on earth! Situated in between the rugged Atlantic coast and the panoramic Table Mountain, the stunning hotel has amazing rooms with great decor and amazing food in the Leopard Bar and Azure restaurant and the staff really go above and beyond! Thank you Twelve Apostles!

It's a lovely hotel with the most amazing views. On arrival we were offered a welcome drink and chose MCC. We were shown to our room and to be honest, I know you have to pay for a view, but we ended up with a room looking onto a wall. That wall at night was lit up so bright, we had to ask them to turn down the lights because we could not sleep. The "curtains" were shutters and the shutters did not shut out the light from that wall. That was a little disappointing. We received a complimentary bottle of champagne as it was a milestone birthday that we had booked this weekend for. We had also asked for king feather pillows as those are our standard back home. We did get them and were grateful. They did help in getting us to sleep some of the first night. the second night, the hotel did manage to turn down the lights on the wall outside and it was easier to get to sleep. The staff were lovely and friendly, extremely helpful and made the stay very pleasant. My only other complaint was that the floor needed sweeping and didn't seem to get swept the entire time we stayed there. I kept having to dust off my feet before getting into bed. Otherwise, the food was excellent. We chose sushi the first night and it was spectacular. The second night we chose to go out for a meal instead of dining in. The breakfasts were spectacular and incredibly inviting. One could quite easily gorge onself on the brekkies alone, but I chose to hold back for the second day's brekky as we were going out for a celebratory lunch and I needed to save some space for the delectable meal we were heading for. You could easily have breakfast and not eat again until dinner. The choice is yours. The decor is elegant and comfortable with a certain class to it. All in all, a good experience, but if you really want to feel the 5-Star experience, you will have to pay for the view, the meals and the drinks.

I have driven and cycled by the hotel over the years and never stayed so this was a first. It’s a classic good quality boutique hotel. Positives + well appointed rooms + attentive staff + excellent Azure restaurant + great walks up the foothills of the Twelve Apostles affording fantastic views of Lions Head and the coast + proximity to Camps Bay and Cape Town Negatives - the road outside the hotel is busy and noisy - shoulder season did mean events and one was a noisy wedding party - room cleaning started very early in the morning and could be heard along the corridor
