Atlanticview Cape Town Boutique Hotel

Atlanticview Cape Town Boutique Hotel has without a doubt been the best hotel experience I've ever had. I was able to secure a spacious suite with breathtaking views of both the ocean and Lion's Head. My room had beautiful large sliding door mirrors on the bedroom cupboards which I thought was a nice touch for getting dressed in the morning and a nifty Nespresso machine in the kitchen to get me going for the day. I even had a hammock on my private deck where I could lounge in the evening. From arrival to departure the staff were all very friendly, sincere and attentive to my needs at all times and made me feel valued as a guest. This I found to be very special as I've stayed at many hotels where you are just another number. One of the highlights of my stay was the harpist at dinner time. She truly sounded like a symphony playing and created such an amazing atmosphere in the restaurant. The chef did a great job with presentation on all the dishes. It's hard to say which dish I favourited as they were all in a class of their own but if you're a meat lover I would highly recommend the Prime rib with truffle fries. I could probably write a book on my wonderful experience I had at Atlanticview but it's just something you have to experience yourself. In my opinion this gem in Camps Bay is very under priced and the kind of hotel you can call home.

Wonderful location with amazing views of Camps Bay and surrounding mountains ⛰️ Also, very peaceful away from main roads and noise of Camps Bay Town. The happy hour with complimentary wine from 7 - 9 pm helped to make the evenings very social amongst other guests. The rooms were lovely, the food was delicious, and the staff were brilliant! We really loved our stay!

Stunning views of the Atlantic, spectacular setting nestled in-front of Table Mountain & overlooking Lion’s Head. Perfect place to watch the sunset. And the most wonderful mouthwatering breakfast feast served in your room every day. The staff are so warm, lovely and friendly - nothing is too much trouble for them. This place is a gem!

Thank you to the whole Atlantic View team for a fantastic stay. We were visiting South Africa for the last two weeks in March 2024, wrapping up our stay in Cape Town Camp's Bay on Easter weekend before flying home. Small & beautifully located hotel on the hill side, with incredible views of Table Mountain, Apostles and Lion's Head. Spectacular is an under statement. Personally received by both Liziane & Cailyn who also took good care of us throughout our stay with good tips, service, always helpful and perfectly organized transfers and not to forget their daily 19:00 free wine tasting & canapes which seemed to go on with many bottles. Much appreciated. Very thoughtful surprises were a bonus, like breakfast catered on our terrasse and are beautiful surprise in our room for Easter, with a bottle of bubbly. (see pics) About a 20 min walk down to the beach at Camp's Bay, but Uber / taxis work flawlessly. A must stay and we will be back.

The best Boutique hotel in Camp´s Bay South Afica! Beautiful rooms, bar and dining! Stunning pools and seating all around! Amazing views, food and hospitallity! We come back every year and always feels like home! Looking forward to December again!

This is a unique (big word I know!) hotel. My wife and I stayed there first in February 2016 and have stayed there every February since, except for the Covid ruined 2021. When we first walked into the stylish lobby, we were mesmerised by the view and still are, after all this time. The hotel is situated high above Camps Bay with its buzzing bar and restaurant scene and is close enough to get down to the ***** easily, but sufficiently removed to be peaceful. It seems to me that if one is staying in a beautiful city, blessed with an Atlantic coast, that is where to stay and Camps Bay is just such a place. The Atlantic View is owned by American Greg Boki, who has a keen eye for style - and for detail. It comprises two linked buildings which were originally two houses. The original one houses the lobby, restaurant and bar and five spacious rooms. The later addition has four even more spacious suites, a sun lounge and the well equipped gym. There are two heated pools, with more sun loungers than there are guests. No need to lay out a towel in the early morning to be sure of a bed! Breakfasts are beautifully presented with additional cooked options and served in the rooms. There is an excellent menu for lunch and dinner, with a high quality wine list. Speaking of that, generous amounts of wine and canapes are served from 7pm to 9pm in the bar on a complimentary basis. So the hotel is of a very high standard. But the thing which sets it apart is the people. Led by the excellent GM Justine, the team members are professional, warm, helpful and nothing - nothing - is too much trouble. Trips can be arranged to the Winelands, or other destinations, as well as nearer afield and it's so convenient for central Cape Town. We love it, which is why we return each year. As soon as the flight open up, we book again and are already booked in for next year. That says it all really. I couldn't recommend the Atlantic View more highly.

Justine and the team are absolutely fantastic. They run the most beautiful boutique hotel with stunning views. The canapés and wine "happy hour" is a great touch to soak in the sunset and meet other guests. Lizaine does a great job. The breakfast is superb either served in the room or cozy dining room.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. From the communication and support from before we arrived, to the care and attention throughout our stay…I don’t think it could have been any better. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are faultless. The location is superb and the uninterrupted views of the sunsets are breathtaking. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much. Special thanks to Greg and Justine who made our stay extra special. Mansur was an absolute gentleman and the rest of the team were brilliant. Daniel the security guard was about as happy as anyone could be and always greeted us with a ‘welcome home’. We will be visiting again.

Wow! What a truly stunning and amazing hotel. Greg and all the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Greg helped me with the planning and was an absolute delight to correspond with. We upgraded to the Sunset suite which was breathtaking. The rooms were extremely well thought out including having a charger within the lamp, plugs by the mirror and lovely touches like a rose on the bathroom mirror. The room is designed with top quality furnishings including the sofas, cushions and lighting. We booked 2 tours which were amazing and we would highly recommend booking the tours. The winelands tour and the Cape tour were the two we booked. Carlo was extremely knowledgeable and we came away feeling like we had learned a lot and we had such enjoyable trips, and some amazing photos of the day. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean, breakfast was a special delight every morning and the reception staff were so happy and helpful. The in room dining was great especially for a romantic evening watching the spectacular sunsets and views. The complimentary pre dinner drinks and canapés is a great treat and it gave us time to meet some of the other guests. We felt part of the family and we honestly didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be returning. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
