Absolutely overwhelmed by the Fairlawns. Every single member of staff made you feel more than welcome.
The food was amazing and very reasonable priced in the bar and the hottubs were super relaxing though a little chilly to get to (take your robe) all in all a perfect few days away.

Stylish well-designed room which was spotlessly clean. Delicious dinner in the restaurant with lots of gluten-free options. But most impressive of all is the great service. All of the staff we encountered were warm, welcoming and very professional.

A second stay - this time for two evenings - and I'm so delighted to know that I will be staying again very soon. Fantastic hotel, very welcoming, and the food in the restaurant is wonderful. As ever, I'm scared to blow it's trumpet too loudly in case I encourage too many other people to stay just when I want to??? Thank you, Xxx

Excellent ,, stayed 1 night they gave us a free upgrade to loft suit , hotel was clean and staff were friendly went above n beyond and the pool and spa were great.

Welcoming arrival with surprised upgraded to a suite. Had separate lounge with bedroom on mezzanine. Gym was basic. Breakfast was good standard

Had a wonderful stay - my second visit here and the staff are always so welcoming.

Only wanted to use the sauna/steamroom after the gym but the charge was £15 EXTRA for 3hrs using all the 'health club' facilities???
Would have been £25 if half the facilities weren't out-of-order?!?
Disappointed that using the sauna and ssteamroom for 1hr wasn't in with the £125 for the room.

Overall the hotel is very good. Only downside is a little lack of customer service. Both in the restaurant for breakfast, not receiving my order correctly, namely no toast or orange juice provided despite asking. And no receipt emailed by reception staff, so had to chase them again.
