Very comfortable hotel which is well placed between Rue D'Antibes and Rue Moliere. It has a lovely shaded gaden perfect for relaxing and having a light lunch or drink. Even though its just a maximum of 10 mins away from Palais des Festvals and La Croissant, it's peaceful. A special word for the staff who are friendly, but also the receptionist did a lot of shuffling with rooms so that we wouldn't have swop rooms mid-stay. (We had to make 2 separate bookings in 2 types of rooms due to our plans changing)

We were pleasantly surprised, the room and hotel was clean, house-keeping was efficient, our room had a balcony that looked out over the garden area. Bathroom had an effective shower, with a contemporary feel, staff were friendly and helpful, and we had breakfast out a couple of mornings but then had the hotel breakfast which was better at half the price.

No heat in the room: room temperature 15 degrees! No phone in the room. Water flowing very slowly from the faucet. Room on the yard overlooking disgusting neighbors balcony: 3 meters distances between these filthy balconies and the hotel rooms.

This place is a gem, a real find. The location is perfect, equidistant from the Croisette and the main shopping areas. It is like an oasis, a lovely garden that shields you from the rest of Cannes until you are ready to venture out. The rooms are comfortable, well designed. The bathrooms are modern, well equipped. The staff are wonderful: friendly, efficient, nothing is too much trouble for them. The whole atmosphere of the place is delightful. I have stayed in many places in Cannes...5 star hotels and apartment rentals....but this is the best I have found. Will definitely be returning.

Très belle hôtel, personnel très agréable, chambres très bien et surtout l’agreable jardin en plein Cannes! Près de la plage et Croisette Près de rues piétonnes, des restaurants . Possibilité de déjeuner sur place avec le kiosque tenu par un agréable Monsieur. Merci Kevin et Sara, tres gentils Je recommande cet hôtel

Abbiamo passato uno splendino fine settimana in questo grazioso hotel nel cuore di Cannes e con un bel giardino dove fare colazione. Camere piccole ma ben fornite con bollitore e mini frigo e soprattutto molto pulite. Suggerisco di prenotare la camera con balcone che ha vista giardino. Lo staff è stato accogliente e molto gentile, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. L'hotel si trova sulla via dello shopping ed a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e da bar e ristoranti, ci si può scordare l'auto per tutta la vacanza.

Nous connaissions l hotel avant qu il soit repris en 2022 , c était un petit hotel charmant pratiquant de petits prix mais avec un emplacement central , les nouveaux propriétaires ont fait de jolis travaux mais les prix ont trop grimpé , nous avions voulu revenir mais l accueil n étais plus ce qu il était , les travaux effectués ne sont pas égaux aux prix qui ont tant grimpé , mais pour encore faire plus de business , ils ont installé un barbecue à l entrée de l hotel provoquant des odeurs de cuissons jusque dans les chambres , une ambiance camping en plein centre ville , nous ne reviendrons plus
