Ferrer Concord Hotel & Spa

A sea view balcony is a must! Only advice, request a room 2nd to 4th floor as the restaurant is directly at the front of the hotel and it can get noisey at night. The higher up you are the less noise there will be. I felt very safe and comfortable here as a solo traveller and the staff were very lovely. The hotel was a quiet place which was perfect for relaxing.

We've had a tough time lately and decided on a last minute break to Ferrer Concord and it certainly perked us up. Lovely hotel - although we would have liked a quiet and not so bright area for drinks after dinner. The room and bed were great and the staff were amazing - so friendly and kind. The food was very enjoyable lots of variety and very tasty. A seaview room is essential as actual location is not very inspiring but the beach is lovely and very close.

I stayed in a double room for single occcupancy for two weeks. My room was super clean and comfortable with a fabulous view of the sea. The food was amazing and the dining room staff were just lovely. Neibes, Esther and Imnoah and waiters Jesus and Tacu welcomed me like family. The reception staff were so helpful particularly Sylvia. The sister hotel just opposite is where the Spa is and the entertainment happens. My only slightly negative point would be the lack of handrails in the bath which makes getting a shower tricky Otherwise what an absolute dream and what a team of happy staff.

I was with a group of friends on a cycling holiday in Mallorca and we spent 11 nights in the Ferrer Concord Hotel & Spa - it was a memorable experience for all the right reasons. From the moment we arrived, the friendliness of the staff and the elegance of the foyer were impressive. The bedroom and appoin**ents were superb, and the bed was extremely comfortable - welcome after a day cycling. None of the above prepared me for the magnificent buffets at breakfast and dinner (and lunch in the Ferrer Janeiro Hotel). The variety of food and the tasteful way everything was displayed made for a gourmet experience. Nothing was a problem for the dining room staff who were friendly and cheerful and made our stay very enjoyable. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and attentive. We plan to return next year for "more of the same"! Well done to all concerned.

I organised a group of 13 cyclists for a return visit to the Ferrer Concord Hotel. It worked out just as good as last year and with a few slight improvements. The all-in options is really great for groups, as there are no food or drinks bills to sort out. The quality and variety of the food and drinks included was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel location is superb with beautiful sea views and direct access to the beach.

Spectacular hotel. Superb beach side location. Spotlessly clean. Food was truly amazing. Staff show a refreshing unobtrusive efficiency, a welcome change from the overly fussy service often experienced in 5 star hotels. We’ll return!

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good standards of hygiene. The breakfast and evening buffets were very good, a wide variety of food for all tastes and good value. It is at the quieter end of town so a good kilometer or so from the busy area where most of the restaurants and shops are located, which may be a factor for some. They are not very accommodating for cyclists in terms of keeping bikes in the room. This is understandable to an extent but the general idea is that you have to leave your bike in a bike garage a short walk up the road, where there is an extra charge, and where frankly I didn't feel too comfortable leaving an expensive bike secure merely by a wire and small padlock. Apart from that, would recommend.

My trip to the Ferrer Hotels was one of the best experiences of my life. My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 days and the resort is beautiful. It is right on the beach and access to multiple restaurants nearby. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and nice. Our favorite bartender Tacu, made our trip even better with his great service and wonderful attitude. Special thanks to the buffet chef Nieves for making delicious food and brightening up my morning. Can’t wait to come back one day!

I didn't know where to even start, ive come back from a long weekend at the Ferrer Concord and am already wanting to go back. For a resort in peak season even though there was a high level of occupancy it wasn't 'felt' in the hotel. You were always able to get a sun lounger no matter what time you were there. Seat on the patio, at dinner, in the bar were all very available. It was like being at a boutique hotel on a private stay. We were all inclusive which i highly recommend to all. We would have our breakfast in the morning - acres of choice from fruit to any type of eggs, pastries, cheeses, cereals etc pancakes. Then take a coffee to the swing chairs on the veranda whilst our room was serviced (the housekeeping team are incredible). Pop back upstairs to get changed and head to the beach which is about 6 meters from the hotel. We sometimes stayed around the pool. We usually weren't hungry at lunch time so opted to stay in the hotel and the chefs would bring out fresh pizza or hotdogs or sandwiches that you could eat by the pool. We would go get water or drinks, even a pina colada all included in our all inclusive. The pool is smaller but this hotel is geared to adults and right beside the sea it wasn't an issue at all and the pool was never busy. We would have cocktails on the terrace before we went to get ready for dinner and watch the goings on on the gorgeous square behind the hotel. Watch out for the hotel cat who is adorable, and don't forget to use the ting ting train to take you all over the resort. After cocktails we would take a coffee upstairs and sit on our balcony after having a shower. The view is something else. The sea was incredible, stunning well worth the sea view. We'd get ready for dinner which was always different. One night they had an extra nacho bar, another night a chocolate fountain, donuts and a pick and mix station! Then you can either walk up the promenade to the busy resort centre we loved sitting on the rocking chairs outside Padres restaurant and drinking sangria. One of the best holidays I've ever had. Cannot speak more highly of the staff they are so lovely. I read all the reviews on trip advisor before I went so I wanted to address some things I saw that came up from my own experience. 1. Towels. You can rent a towel if you want from the hotel. You pay a 10euro deposit which they give you back at the end of your stay. No issue. 2. Lunch at Janeiro. Breakfast and dinner is in ferrer Concord lunch is at sister hotel janeiro across the road. It's a stones throw and by lunch we mean masssssive buffet. We went once and there was so much to choose from. Mostly we found the pool snacks were more than enough in our hotel for lunch. -German guests-the hotel is mostly frequented by German guests which was utterly fine. Very respectful and quiet guests which were there when we were. -kids. No kids were present on our stay apart from teens travelling with family. It was lovely.
