Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte per il nostro anniversario, con formula all inclusive, purtroppo il chip dei braccialetti non è stato codificato, di conseguenza la camera non si apriva, se non accompagnate dal personale. Esperienza pessima. Non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema per l’intera giornata ed abbiamo terminato la serata in camera per evitare di farci riaccompagnare a tarda notte.
Nelle zone piscina invece pochissimi lettini rispetto agli ospiti della struttura. Spettacolo serale in teatro a dir poco improponibile. Per quanto costa, il servizio è pari a zero!

Ottima struttura con camera deluxe spaziosa ben arredata con una bellissima cabina bagno. Dal ristorante ai bar nulla da dire solo complimenti. Ottimo servizio con personale sempre disponibili, il responsabile di sala eccezionale. Animazioni fatta da stupende ragazze sempre disponibili. Servizio spiaggia e piscine ottimo con cambio asciugamani senza problemi

Amazing place to enjoy your holiday. The best hotel with a great view, nice and always clean rooms, very tasty food with a big selection of different cuisine. Many thanks to the people who works there - they are very friendly and always helpful, specially Khalil who was always making sure we have everything we needed and Roberto S. Each pool has its own bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks and different cocktails made by professionals such an Antonio and Fabrizio! During the day there are many activities for kids and adults so you will not be bored (thanks for a Latin dancing lessons to Zidane ) That was our second time in Grand Palladium Sicilia and for sure not the last one.

Having a brilliant holiday at this lovely hotel. First time in Sicily and this hotel does not disappoint. The bungalow room was quiet and spotless. All the restaurants delivered varied and delicious meals. Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. We had especially great and attentive service from the staff at Portofino restaurant in the grounds by the beach. Carmelo and Khalil made every meal special. We hope to return soon.

Fabulous hotel. The entertainment day and evening is very limited and the hotel is fairly remote although the hotel shuttle bus runs daily. What makes this hotel special is the beautiful gardens, excellent food and great staff. My favourite food was in the portofina restaurant under the watchful eye of Carmelo the boss and his excellent staff. Khalil was always happy to help with a smile to brighten up our day. Martina brought to life any bar she worked in and knew her customers. Hotel room overlooking the gardens was newly decorated and short of nothing. Fabulous holiday and a hotel I would thoroughly recommend.

A beautiful resort with sea and mountain views. A beautiful entrance and lots of gardens to walk around. There were bus facilities to go to Palermo or Cefalu a beautiful village half an hour away from the resort. Lovely staff always serving with a smile. If you love Mediterranean food, this will be the place to go. Saying that Sicania had different food themes every night. We loved our lunch at Portofino where they show cased their food and presented it beautifully. Roberto Sarlo, Luigi, Gaspare and chefs were amazing, welcoming us every day for our stay and ensuring everything was perfect (007). The room was super clean and comfortable. Definitely will be back there and definitely recommend the place. Thank you.

As stated in survey, a wonderful holiday in a fabulous location. Food superb, service great, only downside was total lack of entertainment. But then, we made our own. Take a pack of cards, or whatever you pass time with.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful grounds, very comfy rooms with high quality fittings. Staff were attentive and friiendly. The brochure photos don’t so it justice. Loved the food. Delicious. The pianist in the hotel Antonio who played every evening was so talented. Thoroughly enjoyed his shows every night. It was a lovely relaxing break which the 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed. We’ll be back!
