Great hotel and very well located in the south of the city. Very convenient to Jardin Plaza and Unicentro malls. Also lots of bars and restaurants. Very inexpensive Uber rides from the hotel to anywhere in Ciudad Jardin. The room was very comfortable and clean. All the staff was very professional and helpful. I would like to highlight Paola at Filomena Café who was not only very nice but can also mix some awesome cocktails. Also Gabriel Fajardo server at the Agua de Mar hotel; he made the breakfast experience as if we were at an upscale restaurant and not the complimentary diamond member breakfast! This is definitely a hotel we'll stay again and will recommend to anybody visiting Cali.

I recently spent two weeks at this hotel and totally loved it. The staff is friendly and kind, the rooms are nice and modern, the rooftop lobby area is super cool, the location across the river is very pretty and it is completely safe. The breakfast is nice and the offerings for meals in the late afternoon/night are good. They have other services like laundry and good taxis are also available,
I live in Cali, Colombia. I used to work for the UN so I have traveled to over 140 countries and stayed in many hotels. A friend and I decided to go to the Marriot for breakfast, It was the most awful experience of our lives. We arrived and I asked if they had baguette bread. They said they did and would heated for me. it took 1 !/2 hours to get it. I asked for scrambled eggs and got a dry omlette. My companion asked for a soft omlette with tomatoes and mushroom. The omlette was as dry as the Mohave and the mushrooms had a funny amonia taste (we later found out through google that this indicates they are wrotten and should not be eaten. The coffee (in Colombia of all places) was a weak brew and tasted like someone had used a sock rather than coffee to brew that ”beverage”. The juices tasted like tang...and all of this for the equivalent sum of 18 dollars per person. Next to us sat a gentleman from New Jersey. He heard me complain to my guest. We started to talk and he not only agreed the food was awful but told us he had stayed there before (his company ask for him to stay there) and THEY HAD STOLEN HIS WATCH FROM HIS ROOM!!!!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!
Juan Jose.. You cannot come to this hotel without checking out Juan ... Best bartender in the city very energetic and very helpful... By the way he speaks English.. Helped us with translation as well directed us to great area in Cali.... The cocktail was awesome
This hotel is located on a VERY busy street; luckily, they have a private garage. The rooms are super small for a party of two. So small that they improvised a closet with two pieces of wood in the corner of the room. The beds are SUPER uncomfortable. You literally feel like you are sleeping on the floor. Our first night, we contacted the front desk at 2 a.m. to complain about the beds and to request another room, and they confirmed that all beds are the same and that they have received plenty of complaints about the same thing. The buffet breakfast was a joke. Cold food, no flavor, and not enough variety—I will not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay there again!
The hotel is between downtown cali and the airport. It is close to a shopping mall. The rooms are very modest. With the bare minimum. There is no fridge in the room. The breakfast service is bad. People is nice but it is not enough to secure a second stay.
DDreamer57879103798The hotel itself is a 5, attractive, charming with nicely created rooms and suites. The small street it sits on is not noisy and the building has good insulation assuring a good night's sleep. We would not hesitate to stay here again. But the restaurant in the hotel is a bit disappointing. Meeting the standards of the hotel's aesthetic appeal; the restaurant needs better management. It is not well organized. We did not explore eating in nearby restaurants; but could be an option for those seeking a more sophisticated level of service
ผผู้เข้าพักWhen you show up you're pleasantly greeted by a security door you have to be buzzed in to enter. At this point you're probably realizing you made a mistake. It gets better when the attendant is rude and seems like she's very unhappy to see you or any ”guest”. Hotel has ridiculous policies like leaving the key at the front desk when you leave for ”security” purposes. Terrible. If you like hearing ambulances and police cars pass frequently this is the place for you. Barely luke warm water in the shower. On the bright side the shower and bathroom look nice. The room is a good size (I had the Junior Suite) and some of it looks nice. AC works well. The bed is two single beds put together -real classy. Built in ”desk” seemed like it would break if I leaned on it at all. Desk chair is absolutely un-sittable, as is the rock couch in the living room. Nice that there is a mini kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pans, etc provided. They give you two whole glasses. Really would avoid this place.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe bed is good but not the pillow. The AC doesn’t work properly and I didn’t sleep well because of that and the pillows. Anyway I’m ok with the ambient and loved the view from my window . You guys also need a humidifier cause the halls don’t have a good scent and also the elevators they are old and small. It’s weird that the hotel doesn’t look modern
