Overall everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little run down and the manager wouldn't let me come back to after I checked out at 1am. My flight was delayed and came back around 7am to see if I was able to sleep a little bit until check out , but she wouldn't. Besides her the staff and the environment was nice, quiet and safe.

John was fantastic in finding me a room at 2 am and was extremely helpful throughout my stay. Can't say the same for the earlier shifts, as the black woman working the split shift has absolutely zero customer service skills and has no business dealing with the public. Lobby has an area filled with snacks and drinks for purchase. Breakfast each morning was good although the same each of the four days I was there. This hotel is in a very nice and what seemed like a safe location with lots of options just walking distance away and several more just a short taxi ride away. Plenty of taxis and uber drivers just a few minutes away. I would stay here again.

Very friendly staff, front desk, cafe staff, housekeeping staff
all eager to help with any questions. very clean hotel. staff always visible with broom and supplies keeping up with cleaning.

I really enjoyed the staff and the breakfast. There are many local restaurants near. Also, the Chipicaphe Mall is in walking distance from the hotel.
