It was great overall, I was offered to upgrade to jacuzzi suite, awesome service. Will definitely recommend to stay here again.

This hotel is really convenient for those that want to go to Banff from Calgary. The staff members during my check in and check out experience was positive, all were friendly.

服務：前台白天都沒什麼人
穿着睡衣背上被咬一個包，臉上也起了一個包，絕對不乾淨！！！房間裏也不能開窗也沒有通風設備，很不好的味道。

Pretty decent place to stay, The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were not. Also there was no available plug-ins the ones they did have were not safe and the block would just fall out when you would try to plug into it.

The maintenance man was prompt and fixed the shower diverter so I can have a bath but then there was no hot water! The bedroom tv remote wasn't functioning either. Think this Sandman needs some TLC

Stayed for one night. Check in was fast & friendly. Room had a slight musky odour & bathroom could use some updating. Beds were comfortable & overall felt clean which is most important to us.

It was a good place to stay. close to a lot of amenities. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable.

Rooms are old and run down. Although appeared to be clean, rooms feel dingy, bathroom, baseboards and walls scuffed and in need of paint.
