Calangute Beach Resort

When we entered in room there was big lizard. Which trilled us out. After reporting reception he lied that it was removed but it was still there. At last we left room and we checked in another hotel. Worst experience.

Stay and food is very nice, cooprative saff, near to beach, bookings with food, very clean washroom.

Resort is best, but rooms are small, breakfast is best in this resort, swimming pool is good neat and clean

Worst experience ever. Pros and cons pros: near to beach cons: ac didn't work for entire night ac remote they won't be giving you. It always runs on the temperature set by the resort people means they only decide on which temp u have to sleep. Swimming pool timings are odd. It starts from 9 am and ends at 7 pm. Limited items only in breakfast and they are not tasty room service they gave only for first day. From next day onward s they don't change bedsheets or towels rooms are not neat. They looks like painted old age home they charge high prices on water sports, cruise, ****** and everything compared to even the normal shops opposite to their resort. They just speaks sweet and loots you. Finally never ever opt for this resort

The staff was not at all cooperative and they where behaving like we are staying without paying the cash. Because of the irreponsiblety of the hotel we missed our flight and had incurred a loss too. There was smile at least on face if the staff the least expectation.

Expected service not provided and i have booked a resort from 10 feb to 17 feb due to medical issues i asked for cancellation of my booking 14th feb to 17 feb, i asked for a refund for the remaining 4 days they declined for refund and did not get positive response. And requested in resort as well they also declined and said ask for money back i requesting all users do not go to this report in goa

Food quality is not to good and room charges are bit higher as shown in pic

Property location was good, by the resort maintenance is very poor, staff not helpful, whenever i asked for room cleaning, they always said, whenever u go out, gave the keys, we will clean. Ants mosquitoes always there in room, totally disappointed by this service.
