Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal

I had such an amazing spa experience here. From the very first person you see to the last person the service was just as perfect as you could hope. Everyone is so nice and talented and I just didn’t want to leave. I know you pay for things like this but everything was so worth it. The facial and my Massage a 10 out of 10. The only thing I wish they would do would be more fair on the products they sell. Massively overpriced. These 3 products were about 3 times more than any place around and I feel that wasn’t too fair.

Went for a quick “babymoon” getaway - came without great expectations, just some relaxing time by the pool to decompress. Instead was blown away by the beauty of the location and the top-notch service. Stayed in Room 25 (a generous upgrade from our booking) and I don’t believe the photos on the website does the place justice! Incredible views of the ocean, and the plunge pool was so key to the experience. Francisco was our concierge and he left the most adorable baby shoes and hand drawn card on our bed at check in, knowing it was our babymoon. When we mentioned to the staff showing us our room that we were actually expecting twins, another pair of booties and another adorable card showed up at turn-down! Knowing I was worried about mosquito bites, he also sent along insect repellent in the evening without any prompting whatsoever. The guacamole and coronas at Happy Hour in the room is such a simple but nice touch. At breakfast, the waiter (I forgot his name!) immediately brought me a pillow for my back without asking. The poolside staff were always quick to bring waters, refills, and move your umbrella for the perfect shading. We were lucky we caught the end of whale season as we would just spend the day laying out and watching whales breech in the ocean in front of us! Food was always delicious - El Farallon is a magical venue. I do wish there were a la carte options so I could sample even more seafood than just the main course. The grilled fish we had was truly perfect though. The blackened shrimp we enjoyed at the family pool restaurant was outstanding. Also - the hotel was at full occupancy (we were told) while we were there, and while it was busy, the service never faltered and the place never felt crowded. I am gluten free and there were always ample options and substitutions made for me - including amazing gluten free churros, and even gluten free cookies to take-away on our car ride to the airport!!! We will definitely be back- hopefully with our 2 babies in tow the next time!

This was our second stay at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, and once again, it was an excellent experience. We were delighted with the hospitality provided by the staff, who were both professional and friendly. As Diamond members, we received an upgrade to a very beautiful villa, which added a special touch to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices and a beautiful view from the restaurant. It was a pleasure to see Joel & Josue again; They were very professional and friendly, and we were really pleased with the service they provided for our breakfast, just as we were last year. A special thank you to Marleny, our concierge, who ensured that our stay was filled with beautiful details and memories. Thank you to the entire team—you rock! We will be back soon!

This was our first time at this hotel and everything was just wonderful! Our personal concierge Rey went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed in a moments notice. Thank you Rey for taking such good care of us!! Luis the pool supervisor was THE BEST!!! Thank you Luis for being such an angel everyday and treating us like royalty!!! You went above and beyond everyday!! The grounds of the this hotel are very special and beautiful. The plunge pool in our room was the star of the show! Enjoying the plunge pool everyday watching the sunset while enjoying our daily happy hour delivery of Coronas and chips and guacamole was our most favorite part of the trip and what we will miss so much. I don’t think I can ever enjoy another room again if it doesn’t have a plunge pool like WA Pedregal. The continental breakfast was delicious and the staff every morning for breakfast was the absolute kindest individuals and everyone that works at your pool was always on top of taking caring of us and checking in on us. This hotel is central to downtown and you can walk to everything through the magical tunnel built in the rocks. On our last night they left us the sweetest card, truffles and the most beautiful keepsake to take home and not to mention what blew me away.. my book in my room had no bookmark and they even surprised me with a bookmark in my book for me! Now if that isn’t attention to detail and going above and beyond, I don’t know what is!! Thank you Rey, Luis and ALL of the staff!! We loved our stay and we will be back!!!

One of the best for sure. Its tucked away from the street and under the tunnel to true 5 star. High end lux chill away from the busy dtwn area. Expensive but top of class. Great ocean side not a swim able beach. Meals 100$ pp. But it is 5 star and worth the treat. No kids place great service. Romantic

This was our sixth trip to Pedregal and the first with our two grown daughters. We've always wanted them to experience the incredible service and food and Pedregal and were able to obtain a 3BD which offered plenty of space and the use of a majordomo. We were so lucky to have Carmen as our majordomo who was an excellent chef and so welcoming. Each meal was better than the next and beat any meal we enjoyed in the town of Cabo San Lucas! Thank you Carmen for all you did for our family! The most unique aspect of the resort is its unequaled service and staff who treat us like their family. From Sergio's warm welcome and assurance that he could assist with anything we needed to the best pool bartender and all around great guy- Gabriel - who anticipated our needs and was always there with a huge smile! Special thanks to Hernan the sushi chef who provided innovative and delicious dishes at the pool bar. Other huge assets to the resort include Juan (Juanito), Eduoardo (Lalo), Checkie, and Omar at the Agave Study. This team welcomes everyone with open arms and are terrific ambassadors for the resort. We had the pleasure of taking an excellent mixology class with Eduoardo and Checkie and a Clase Azul tequila tasting and both were excellent. This team really knows their mixology and tequilas and they are really fun. We were fortunate to be at the resort for the Festival of Flavors celebration that included wine and tequila tasting, fireworks, and amazing appetizers. If you can schedule during these events, do so. This was our favorite visit due to the attentiveness of the staff and so many great friends we made at the pool. Take advantage of the resort's VIP service to ensure a stress free journey thru the Cabo airport. Thank you to all of our friends for a great time - we hope to see you again soon!

This is the single best hotel experience I have ever had in my lifetime. To start the service from Hugo, the Personal Concierge is exceptional! He’s able to ensure you have a flawless experience before you even board the plan to venture to Cabo. From the moment we arrived, each employee greeted us by name and was friendly, engaging and always offering assistance. When visiting here, you MUST GO TO TRAVESIA!!!!!!! It was one of the 3 best dining experiences I have ever had. The culinary team takes amazing care of you during a stunning experience. If you don’t go to Travesia, you will be missing out on perfection. The breakfast team starts each day off right & Victor at breakfast is the best start to a day! Daniel & Eduardo prepare breathtaking Tequila experiences in the Agave Study. The team poolside is at your side ready to provide service that will leave you relaxed and never wanting to leave. Hernan the sushi chef made delicacies that were light and flavorful to ensure you had a great meal but were not too full to not have dinner later. Our room was spacious, meticulously clean and who could not love a plunge pool on your balcony! This is the hotel to stay at when visiting Cabo. Make sure to ask for Hugo, he’ll make sure your stay is one for the record books. The only negative was having to leave as we can’t wait to come back.
