Follow through the home into a seamless open-plan living and dining area, adorned with contemporary decor. Enjoy entertainment on the large smart TV from the comfort of a generous 4-seat sofa with chaise. The elegant dining table seats 8, making it perfect for gatherings.Sliding doors lead to a sheltered alfresco area, complete with outdoor dining. This inviting space allows you to enjoy meals or relax outdoors, rain or shine. The large and well-equipped kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the open plan, making meal preparation a delight.Upstairs, there are enough beds to sleep 7 people. The bedrooms offer serene sanctuaries for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite features a spacious shower, a luxurious bathtub, and a double sink for added comfort. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom sleeps 3 people with a double and a single. Upon prior agreement and for an extra $75 per diem fee, we are happy to extend the sleeping capacity to 8-9 people and provide sheet sets to accommodate them.Finally, there is the spacious extra living/office space below the ground floor.
