The hotel is an old-fashioned but very comfortable, somewhat quaint establishment with a lovely courtyard with a swimming pool in Palermo, a very nice and lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Breakfast off the courtyard was quite good. But perhaps the best part of BENS was the staff -- they were some of the nicest, most helpful people we have encountered in all of our extensive travels.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo, walking distance from a lot of restaurants and stores. Excellent attention from the staff. Clean rooms and very complete breakfast. Definitely recommend!

This property is an oasis with a beautiful garden/ park and pool at the center of Palermo SoHo. Perfect to hang out and cool down in summertime before going out again.
I loved the checkout at noon, which allowed us to rest and recover from the customary late dinner the night before.

The hotel is boutique small quaint and lots of character
From a small street entrance opens to the three story hotel which is centred onto a beautiful quiet garden
No better place to chill after a busy day sightseeing

If you want to have a good time, come to Bens L’hotel! Good central location close to bars and restaurant (and the Bebop jazz club with many interesting concerts), good breakfast and a beautiful garden with a pool. Remember to say hi to their two cute cats!
