This hotel seems to have an all male staff on the reception, all of whom are impolite and abrupt. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is poor with their unusual accessing system having to be re-inputted every five minutes. The hotel had one lift out of use on one day but there was no notice to guests to avoid using it. The bathroom in my room had no toilet paper or soap or shampoo on the first night and despite advising reception who then promised to replenish the items, nothing ever came until the next day. The pillows and bedlinen also had some unpleasant odour on them which created difficult conditions got me to sleep. Never again!!

Beware of this hotel, it is a scam. I got charged 6,836 American Dollars on Hetels.com on Feb 26, 2022. The Hotel is closed down with a chain. This Hotel shows up on all searches still, eventhough it is closed down for a few months. IT shows up on Bookings.com. ********** and many others. I am still trying to get a refund. Este Hotel esta cerrado con cadenas y sigue recibiendo reservas.

Hotel fraquíssimo! Pelo preço que cobra, deixa muito a desejar. Móveis velhos, camas desconfortáveis, roupas de cama e banho velhas e serviço de quarto horrível. Limpeza muito ruim. Não indico para ninguém! Pegamos pela localização, mas muito fraco!

Una lástima porque el hotel se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado, una calle peatonal a escasa distancia del obelisco, pero está un tanto descuidado, o más bien, no se ha renovado en años. Los empleados nos atendieron muy bien y el hotel estaba limpio, pero no creo que me vuelva a hospedar ahí.

La habitacion, la ubicacion del hotel, la limpieza, su personal, realmente muy bueno, fue mejor de lo que esperaba. Se han ocupado de hacer nuestra estancia amena y confortable. El internet es muy malo.

Este hotel es muy pequeño y antiguo en el centro de Buenos Aires. Varias veces estuve hospedado aquí pero solo de paso o por negocios porque no es un gran hotel pero si tiene muy buen precio y la atención es excelente. El único problema es que es super ruidoso ya que se escuchan los autos pasar y golpear las rejillas de las calles. La última ves me quedé un día aquí de paso con mi esposa y no pudimos dormir ni un minuto de los ruidos. Es recomendable si estas de paso, si vas varios días a Baires mejor buscar hotel en Palermo, Recoleta u otra mejor zona.

La peor estadía de mi vida. Me robaron dólares de la caja fuerte y no asumieron ninguna responsabilidad ni me indicaron que hacer. Me dijeron solo que yo tenía que cuidar mis propias pertenencias como si de un Hostel se tratara. UN DESASTRE

Muy buen hotel, su ubicación, atención del personal muy amables, instalación del hotel a pesar que es antiguo se encuentra en buen estado se nota que están mejorando sus instalación. La relación precio-calidad muy buena. El desayuno en los inmortales muy bueno. También tienen servicio para guardar maletas. Nuestra estadía en familia muy bien!!!

Me paso lo mismo que a muchos. Reserve por booking y en el precio total decia impuestos incluidos y al llegar al hotel un recepcionista muy soberbio y mal educado me termino cobrando una ez mas los impuestos. Me comunique con booking y se lavo las manos, me dijo q lo tenia q solucionar el hotel y el hoyel me dijo que era booking.... Aparte de eso hotel basico, sin desayuno, con toallas bastante desgastadas. Nosotros éramos una pareja y nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas chicas, miy chicas! No vuelvo ni lo recomiendo.
