First of all I did a reservation online I get my room smelled bad roaches trash all over the carpet fridge didn't work bathroom curtain was riped . I go to the office try to get a different room dude says I can't because I paid online and it was very cheap *** really so since I pay online I'ma get the ****ty room . Bad place really bad.

Had a great mini vacay. Love this place . I always have a good experience here. Quiet clean and no problems.. definitely would come here again.

It was a perfect location and not bad at all for a trip to Knotts Berry Farm. Especially if you're only there to sleep. It wasn't terrible but a little dated so if you want posh or upscale, probably a pass. Staff was friendly and helpful.

If it’s just to spend one night to sleep only, it’s ok. There are zero amenities and parking is terrible. Guy at check in was cordial. I tried calling the hotel several times the day before and day of to ask a few questions and no one ever answered the phone. The condition of the rooms and amenities is not worth the price.

It was cheap and close by where I was at but never again roaches from the first day housekeeping everyday that's good but everything else wack.
