They could not find my reservation AND the shower was clogged and dirty-ish.

As Always, this Best Western has Great Customer Services shown by Staf. It is well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was clean. I am Highly Recommending the Best Western on Venture Dr. in Brunswick,GA to prospective guests.

While the property was clean the furniture and rooms and bathrooms need modern renovation.

We were headed south for the winter. We were tired & wanted a good night’s sleep. Everything about our stay was excellent, including a really nice hot breakfast.

A dated hotel next to the highway, very noisy. Bath/shower fixtures were in bad condition and had to be played with in order to work.

We needed to stop for the night and looked for a hotel in Brunswick, GA, near the highway. The Best Western Okus had a great rating and we could see why. The fastest check in we have ever experienced. Front desk gentleman was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the server was so friendly and considerate.i would highly recommend this hotel.
