Absolutely loved the location and will definitely return. The service and attention to detail from the reception team especially is 10/10. Certain areas of the hotel need refurbishing - even if just a lick of paint for now as they aren't in line with the rest of the hotel. The room was small but practical and unfortunately didn't have the best of views but that's not an issue. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. Had a minor issue with the air con unit which is very dated and didn't match the aesthetic of a modern and refurbished room which looks very appealing. Overall, would be very happy to visit again especially during the summer and try out their dinner menu.

It was very good after we sorted the problem that we did pay for breakfast and didn’t have to pay again.!

Check in and checking out was very efficient. The staff were prompt and very friendly. The facilities were outstanding

很好的酒店，住的相當舒服，就是地理位置稍微又些偏，不過並不影響住宿體驗 後花園很大，早餐餐廳也非常豪華

挺好的，在這住了很多天，算是比較乾淨的酒店，值得考慮，酒店有百年歷史，內部重新裝修了，前台也挺熱情，還不錯

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos con mi hija. Excelente el hotel , todos sus empleados muy cordiales y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Muy buen desayuno y muy buena la habitación. Sus jardines son excelentes. Muy recomendable, me sentí como en mi casa

房間很整潔，每天的早餐也很豐盛，這裏的前台都非常熱情也很暖心我剛來不清楚周邊，問一些問題都能得到耐心友好的答覆，住在這裏的感覺太棒了！下次如果再來倫敦玩我依然會選擇住在這裏，這裏的交通也很便利，出門走起2分鐘就能到公交站，出行很方便。是一次難忘的，非常好的住宿體驗。

Part of the reason I gave 3 for service was because we also used the restaurant, the young lady who served us was the worst server I have ever experienced. I won’t go on about it any further though. The problem was pointed out to one of the other members of staff who were excellent. The room was quite small, but perfectly adequate for us. The reception staff were also extremely helpful and polite.

All round a great place. Clean, decorated well, staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and bed comfy.
