Great location right by the beach ...amazing staff at the reception when checking in . I especially loved the rooms, they are modern, clean and no mosquitoes. I would just recommend a little improvement at the restaurant section , our pizza wasn't nicely done , but then again the hotel.was.hosting dinners every night maybe the staff was tired . Otherwise it's a great hotel and the nights were always fun , child friendly and a great spot to have a good time

The accommodation is the best thing this Resort has to offer. The room was very spacious, bed was very comfy, the AC was working all the time without any issues, Wifi was working very well in the room (much worse in the area throughout the resort). Bathroom is nice just no hot water for us. One big no-no were the gaps below and on the side of the front door, with having also no mosquito net above the bed it was very apparent that light from out room attracted insects inside thru those gaps every night. Service and staff in general are very nice. One thing. Please, for the love of God, if you take all towels from the room don't make us wait for them 2 days :D this happened twice during the stay. I am a guest that is not causing any extra headache to the reception I just waited (maybe that was the problem, I should have said something) but I got to talk with neighbors and their towels were missing for day or 2 too. Food in the restaurant was very tasty yet very very repetitive. Every day the same thing just prepared differently. Swahili cuisine every Sunday was a blessing, absolutely amazing, keep it up. One thing they can really work on is the "architecture " (for the lack of a better term), as with heavy rains (expected or not) nobody should get rained on during breakfast, lunch or dinner (goes for the staff too, they really tried to move the tables and sweep the water away, but that shouldn't be in a 5 star resort). And maybe turn down the music a little bit (please?) it was very loud during the dinner. Where it needs more work done too is the animation or the program throughout the day. Other than water aerobics and the animation team dancing as part of night entertainment (which was magnificent honestly) there was really nothing to do in the hotel. We came in a time when the beach "collapsed" below the volleyball pitch so I understand they couldn't do that, but nobody tried to fix it during the 13 days we were there, a bit of a shame. And an absolute nail to the coffin is the access to the ocean from the beach. It looks lovely when the tides are high and the waves are splashing to the staircase in the front of the hotel and you get to feel the power of the ocean when it hits the stones. But you can't get to the ocean during that time as you risk injury on the rocks that are sharp and very much hidden below the waves. Once the tides are gone, it's a look that can make one cry. Foreigners are traveling thousands of miles to get a taste of Diani Beach and the Indian Ocean. This resort has the most unlucky and horrible access to the ocean I have ever seen. The natural rock formations are very beautiful, creating somewhat a secluded place for a "private" beach, because you can't walk to the right and explore the beach. Resort tried to mitigate the horrible access thru the rocks by building some sort of a road (lets say) that leads you to ocean where you have sand below your feet. But that is broken at some places too and it is very hard to

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. It was extremely clean, with a beautiful reception hall and a pristine, beautiful white beach. The food was very diverse and delicious, and the staff was extremely helpful, smiling, funny, and hospitable. While there were many names, I remember Iman (Faith)who was at the reception and Madam Salome duty manager and Selvia (house keeping) i give all of them 5 stars. For anyone looking for a peaceful family stay, this hotel is the perfect place.

We stayed in a private pool villa, facilities are gorgeous, wildlife around the grounds make For an authentic African experience. The food in all restaurants is varied and flavoursome, service is second to none! We had the most wonderful family trip, and made the most beautiful life long memories!

We visited as a party of 19 to celebrate my parents golden wedding and birthdays. What an absolutely stunning place this was. The resort was clean and well-maintained and the staff were so friendly and attentive across all areas of the hotel. Janet in the bar was wonderful, and looked after us so well. The guest services manager checked in with us regularly, and again could not do enough for us. As a big party, efforts were made for us to sit together for our meals in the main restaurant. The only suggestion for improvement I would make would be to have the pool bar on the all-inclusive option. The prices were reasonable so we were able to use it, and it was delicious when we did. I would highly recommend this resort, we had such a wonderful time here, thanks to all who made it so.

This is a quality hotel. As part of a family group of 19, we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before embarking on a 4 day safari. Following which we returned for a further 6 nights. The hotel is within extensive grounds, full of extremely well tended gardens by a small army of gardeners, one of whom adorned our room with a bouquet of flowers. Monkeys abound all over but are of no problem to the guests, unless you leave a balcony door open for them to enter. The rooms are modern and spacious, well appointed and kept spotless by the cleaning staff who adorned our bed with a congratulations display. A well stocked fridge ensures no one is thirsty in the night. As a large party, the hotel ensured that our group had rooms as close to each other as possible, a nice touch. The staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for the guests. Friendly and efficient throughout the hotel. All inclusive drinks are all local produce but of high quality, food is varied in the main restaurant and there is always a choice of meat, fish, curry, pasta and vegetarian dishes. A barbeque on the beach once a week is one of the highlights. The staff go to extreme lengths to set up all the tables, chairs and food on one of the private beaches, of which there are 2. Music and dancing tops the entertainment for the evening along with visiting acts. The entertainments team led by IHA puts on a varied catalogue of entertainment, including Masai dancing, Karaoke and Bingo. There are two a la carte restaurants, a pool Bistro and a Pizza al fresco restaurant. Currently one visit a week to one of the a la carte restaurants is free but there is a charge for the pool and pizza restaurants. Marcos bar became our evening bar of choice. A special mention for Janet and her team who looked after us all magnificently and no one went home wanting more. On our last night our group opted for a meal in the Chui Grill. We were not disappointed, the food was excellent and staff attended to our every whim. At the end of the meal we were surprised by being given a celebratory cake for our golden wedding and birthday celebrations, brought in by the singing waiting staff. in addition we were all presented with a gift from Francis and the management team. A wonderful gesture. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to Diani Beach visitors. My thanks to all the staff.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, we were made to feel welcome from day 1, so many people went out of there way to make our stay special! A separate pool by the gym was useful, and quieter than the main pool. The location is good, the hotel well maintained, relax and enjoy!

19 of us visited Leopard Beach to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary and big birthdays. A mixture aged 76-12 and we all had a fantastic time, spending 9 days at the hotel and 3 nights on safari. The setting is beautiful with well tendered gardens and mischievous monkeys running around that were very entertaining. The staff were exceptional! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere where everyone was so friendly and made you feel so welcomed. One, the lovely Janet, even messaged me on her day off to say goodbye and again to make sure we had got home safely. She really is an absolute credit to the place. The only thing I would change would be to have the pool bistro as part of the all inclusive package rather than an additional payment, although it wasn’t expensive to eat there. I highly recommend Leopard Beach and thank you all for such an incredible holiday that we will never forget

The hidden things are the fact that the staff is exploited. Often with no contracts. Or taken as trainee without salary, then sent home. The General director and HR are practicing such management. Many staff complain. Despite the fact that Leopards rely on international guests, they dont manage staff as required by international standards.

Spent our Christmas here and wanted to extend for new years. The food was great what a variety of choice, from international to local foods. I loved the meat and salad section. Most interesting lobster Christmas tree I had. Great for families as there is a kids club. Enjoyed the pool. The rooms well maintained with working air conditioning.
