Jacuzzi in our suite had the side caved in and there was a dangerous gape. We didn't bother switching rooms but feel like this should have been fixed prior to having anyone occupy it.

The overall trip was good. The jet tub looked as tho it needed to be up dated. The ceiling fan hadnt been cleaned in few weeks. The bed was cleaned and housekeeping did their job as far as fresh towel and making the bed. But the bed was less then comfortable. Was hard as a rock and felt like we were sleeping on a pull out instead of a king. The mirror at the sink needs to be replaced. It had 2 spots where the mirror finish had come off right in middle. The friendliness of the staff was refreshing. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

Great service and a special thanks to miss jessi giving us an at home hospitality feel during breakfast for the two nights we stayed the rooms were clean and comfortable the only issue we had was the tv remote it wasn't working properly but that was quickly solved with fresh batteries provided by the hotel they even helped us out with a jump because our car battery was dead when we check out today i have no complaints and would stay here again

The indoor pool was cold,the hot tub was Luke warm,no pool towels on a Friday night,tv remote was outdated and difficult to operate,the toilet seat was so stiff it took two hands to raise and lower, when out of towels to bring to front desk to verify,and to top it off the breakfast employee had a tip jar to solicit money,that is a first for us seeing that is self serve

Only complaint was there was barely any water pressure in the shower. Otherwise very clean needs some updating but hot tub was very nice and the price was right!

Customer service was great! I would say our only cons would be that the hotel overall could use an update and when we entered our room it seemed that a child had drawn on the walls with a pen. Front desk noted it so we would not be charged when we brought it to their attention. It is a decent hotel just needs some updating. Aaron, Miss Jessi, and the lady that works 3rd shift front desk (didn't catch her name) were all wonderful! Amazing customer service for sure!

The front desk staff were very pleasant. The room appeared very clean. The let down was the bed bugs that i got bit by and the large blood spots in the pillow and sheets.

Things I didn’t like were basic broken door handles, broken faucet in my room, breakfast machines broken, had to ask staff for breakfast food like milk and breakfast sandwiches (not out with other food)

Morning breakfast options were great. Pool opened early for kids to enjoy. Overall, not a bad stay at a low cost!
