Feuerstein Nature Family Resort

Exactly what we needed as a family. We visited the hotel beginning of July, arriving very late into the evening and the night staff were so lovely. The hotel prepared us a platter to enjoy as we missed dinner. I have to congratulate management as all the staff were so polite, informative, kind and very happy. Everyone we spoke to were very happy and helped us with any questions or tips to do. The hotel has a fantastic program for children to adults every day from morning to the late evening. We were so impressed we honestly didn’t want to leave the hotel. They have a petting zoo, ponies and horses. Along with an indoor and outdoor pool with slides from baby to adult. There was a barn with many floors of activities, and a wood workshop for children to create their own work. Our children enjoyed the art rooms especially the mud room. Which is a brilliant idea for toddlers and small children. The trails around the hotel are serene. What I have to emphasize is the hotel is prepared for families with children. From steps in the dining area and facilities for children to wash their hands, to aprons, bibs and utensils that are all accessible. Robes and towels for all age groups. Snacks and special menus for picky eaters. Single and double buggy/ strollers/prams available for use for walks and hiking. A week was not enough. We definitely will come back! I have been to this hotel 3 times now, and I love coming here with my kid. It is the most kids friendly hotel ever! On top of that, then the food is amazing. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The facilities are brilliant, and I could go on and on…

The hotel is perfect ! Nothing goes wrong, people are always available and there are opportunities for all ages. The only thing I would point as need for a change is the app that you use to book the activities that many times does not work saving the activities you booked. But for that we were always welcomed in any place. No problems at all.

Loved our stay. Incredible scenery, luxurious and beautiful premises, but above all a children friendly hotel with many activities for both parents and children. Wonderful spa and good food ! The staff is also very friendly and caring.

We have been here 3 times in the past 12 months. We love it here . The childcare is amazing. The service and treatments, the amenities are wonderful. They go above and beyond to make you feel great. There is a variety of offerings for kids of all ages. The views for the pool are amazing. The food is great as well. Overall super experience we will keep going back

Just came back from a wonderful week at Feurstein with my husband and toddler. The setting is stunning (looking out from the pool ant the mountains was pretty incredible) and there is tonnes to do for adults and children. My only small criticisms are that the food was occasionally a mixed bag (particularly the vegetarian options) and it was a VERY expensive week, however the service was brilliant and we had an amazing time so overall it was worth it and we are already talking about coming bock!

There is a great operation that works flawlessly like clockwork, and I applaud whoever led this operation for its success! Because SUCCESS (here one of the Key Performance Indicator for you is “CUSTOMER SATISFACTION”) is NOT luck, it requires effort and competence.

The resort does not offer air-con in its rooms (which in Summer is hugely uncomfortable). Fans/Ventilators were not available either. The Hotel's (fair) recommendation is to open the windows yet the room is immediately inundated with pesky flies, and the noisy sounds from the heavy construction works a few meters away from the room itself. The heat and construction works break the otherwise idyllic setting and child-friendly offering which the Hotel presents.
