โรงแรมพร้อมอาหารเช้าในแองเคอเรจ

I was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!

We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful    Our room was clean well appointed and spacious.  I missed having a microwave but otherwise our stay was great

酒店雖然比較舊，但房間好大，二張1.5米的大床，房間也很整潔，大堂有茶吧，免費供應開水，茶包和咖啡，酒店也提供免費接送機服務，對這次入住很滿意，就是感覺房價有點小貴！

อาหารเช้าเป็นเรื่องปกติและป้าก็ได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ขับรถเพียงไม่กี่นาทีจากสนามบิน ที่จอดรถฟรีและมีรถรับส่ง อ่างอาบน้ําช้าไปหน่อย ความพึงพอใจโดยรวม

Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed. Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

โรงแรมสะอาดมาก ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลสะดวกติดกับจักรยานให้เช่าซึ่งราคาถูกมากในการเที่ยวชมพื้นที่ ทะเลสาบก็สวยงามเช่นกัน

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สนามบินมาก ขับรถเพียง 10 นาที บรรยากาศเงียบสงบในตอนกลางคืน และไม่รู้สึกถูกรบกวนระหว่างการเข้าพักห้าวัน มีร้านอาหารเกาหลีและญี่ปุ่นที่ยอดเยี่ยมอยู่ใกล้ๆ อาหารอร่อยและคุ้มค่า ห้องพักไม่ได้กว้างขวางนัก แต่ก็เพียงพอ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่า และน่าแปลกที่ห้องน้ำไม่มีพัดลมดูดอากาศ อาหารเช้าคุณภาพดี แต่หลากหลายค่อนข้างจำเจ อาหารก็เหมือนเดิมทุกวัน น่าเบื่อหลังจากพักห้าวัน มีกรุ๊ปทัวร์เกาหลีมาพักทุกวัน โดยรวมแล้ว ความคุ้มค่าของโรงแรมอยู่ในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ แต่ถ้ามีตัวเลือกที่ดีกว่านี้ ฉันจะไม่พักที่นี่อีก

The hotel provides a free airport shuttle, which can need some time but provides great value given the distance from airport to town. American style breakfast was ok. Room was a bit overheating but they had heater and AC in rooms so that was ok. Also pool with rather cold water and gym as valuable addons. Service was good.

Strategic location hotel, near airport with airport shuttle, and affordable price. Some restaurant nearby. The staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast complimentary. Room spacious, clean and nice.
