Vorsicht beim bezahlen! Einzelne Mitarbeiterinnen in der Rezeption kennen dieeigene Buchaltung nicht gut genug. Obwohl der Zimmerpreis Wochen im Voraus bezahlt wurde, wir der Zimmerpreis beim Aus-checken nochmals verlangt! Unbedingt einen bezahlt Nachweis mitführen. Bei mir gab es längere Diskussionen darum. Sehr ärgerlich...

My husband and I recently stayed at Suisse Hotel in Tunis. The location is quite good — it’s in a busy part of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from Habib Bourguiba Street, the Old Medina, local bazaars, and the main highway. It’s convenient for sightseeing and getting around. However, there are a few downsides. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, and the breakfast options are limited and predetermined by the hotel — not much variety or anything particularly special. Also, the entrance door is often locked at night, which might feel a bit uncomfortable since the alley outside can be dark and not very safe. Furthermore hotel doesn't have parking. On the positive side, the staff are very nice, polite, and helpful, which really makes a difference during your stay. Overall, Suisse Hotel is fine if you’re looking for a convenient location and friendly service, but there’s room for improvement in facilities and safety measures.

Cleanliness needs to be addressed as the pillow and bed sheet have some stains, the hot water is inconsistent also we asked for in room iron but they couldn't provide, Overall for this price I don't recommend it.

Clean, modern hotel situated about a fifteen minute drive from the airport. There is a bar and restaurant on site and the Bellini bar next door is a good option for food too.

このホテルはとてもよかったです。受付にいるZOUHAYERという男性スタッフの方がチェックインの手続きをしてくださり、翌日早朝発の飛行機だと伝えてタクシーについて質問するととても丁寧に対応してくれました。非常に優しい方です。（名前を載せる許可はいただいています）シャンプー、ボディソープのアメニティは部屋についています。部屋も非常に清潔感がありエアコンもついていて快適な時間を過ごすことができました。

They made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything needed for a relaxing experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, providing a cozy environment to unwind. The common areas, including the lobby and lounge, were inviting and tastefully designed. Regarding the food, I only had breakfast at the hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The breakfast spread was generous, with a good variety of options to choose from. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. I particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries and the fresh fruit. The dining area was pleasant, with a calm atmosphere that was perfect for starting the day. Overall, my experience at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was enjoyable, with great service, comfortable facilities, and a satisfying breakfast.
