Finally. At the reception: You’re put on standby Another guest jumps ahead No acknowledgment, no permission And just like that—the spell breaks. We really struggled with the service here. I told them I was getting married and I have family staying with them as well as family scattered at other nearby hotels. Royal Azur is the only hotel that would not cooperate with us to allow guests into the hotel. We were stopped multiple times at the front gate and the staff in the front desk would not accommodate our needs. Weddings are stressful as it is, however, the hotel did not alleviate any of that and added more levels of stress. I will not be coming back here.

The hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great. The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...) Biggest weakness: 1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho. 2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that) 3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

โรงแรมที่ดีมีพื้นที่กว้างขวางและสะดวกสบายและสะดวกสบาย โรงแรมดีมาก แต่ต้องปรับปรุงรายละเอียด ไม่สามารถยอมรับได้ที่จะเห็นรถเข็นวิ่งตามทางเดินและอุณหภูมิที่อบอุ่น บอกว่าเรามีเครื่องทําความร้อน เราออกจากโรงแรมไปที่อื่น ในตอนกลางคืนเรานอนกับประตูระเบียงเปิดร้อน

Really lovely resort. Staff were nice espically resturant staff. There was a few fruit flies around though during the dinner and breakfast. The taxi the hotel ordered was double the price of the taxi we got to the hotel which seemed pretty wrong.

Good experience in general. It's a big all-inclusive hotel at the beach front. Even in April which is low season the hotel was quite crowded. We liked the staff, everyone was smiling and helpful. We bought an all-inclusive package, and the food was good. The room was spacious and had a corner balcony, with a nice view both to the sea and the city. Pillows were comfortable. Weather wasn't very nice, so we didn't swim in the sea (the beach looked good, though), but tried the pool: it seemed to be big enough, and the deepest end was as deep as 1,8 m. As to the minuses, I would say that the hotel needs some renovation: the rooms and the corridors feel weary. Our bathroom smelled bad, and on the first day we saw a bug there (possibly a cockroach). Although room service had been done every day, it's hard to say that we got an impression that our room was clean. Also worth mentioning a night bar in the next hotel: one night very loud music played until midnight, and we heard it very well from floor 4 with the balcony doors closed. We didn't face a lot of problems in low season, but I'd say the parking looks a little bit small given the hotel is full.
