Eecr78I recently stayed at Astoria Plaza and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so kind, polite, and genuinely helpful—it really made a difference. Everyone I interacted with had a smile and made me feel right at home. The room was super clean and cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I truly appreciated the little touches and the great service. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Astoria Plaza for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience.Can’t wait to come back!🩷👍😍

CChristabelIts always a delight to stay in Jin Jiang Ortigas. the location is great, the rooms are spacious enough and comfortable, the beds and beddings are nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The cabinets are big enough for luggages and suits, and the amenities are responsive to the usual needs of guests
Ive been staying in this hotel when I have seminars or activities in Ortigas or just to have a relaxing stay cation.... keep it up guys!!

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is okay. The breakfast is meh, not bad but not great. It is located near many malls and restaurants. There is a convenience store near the main entrance. The main pool is 4 feet all throughout, and there is a 2ft jacuzzi. We had to ask twice for room cleaning.

RRiomae CruzGood location. 5-7 minute walk to SM Megamall which is also a bonus. And a 24hour restaurant + convenience store outside lobby entrance in case you want to grab some food.
Only downside had to wait for the lift long time, seemed to be only 1 lift works out of the 3.
Their breakfast buffet could have more options, but
staff were super friendly and room is nice and cosy. The terrace is amazing as you are looking right across the shopping mall.
Regardless, i’d still come back.

MMean BeeExceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean and relaxing. I requested a quiet room (away from the stairs or elevator) upon booking, but it seemed my request had been overlooked and we were given a room near the elevator. However, the staff were apologetic and helpful. We were transfered to another room while waiting at the lobby. I didn't have any concerns with the room we occupied. We had the good rest that we came here for. It was helpful that it was walking distance to SM East Ortigas, just that traffic on the way is of course an issue as the road is a very busy raod. Anyway, if a quiet and confortable place is what you're after, this is a place to be. Working TV and Netflix is a very big plus too! I will definitely check in again if I come past this area.
