IimtorI booked a one-bedroom suite but was given a two-bedroom suite upon arrival at the hotel due to unavailability of the one-bedroom. I asked the hotel rep if they could switch me to a one-bedroom since I’m staying alone, and I’m glad they were able to accommodate my preference.
AadmiralcrunchieStay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying ”leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it.” which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine.
The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd.
Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC.
RRaecheleWe celebrated our daughter's birthday here in Joy Nostalg Hotel & Suites. We booked Exe King Studio for 3d2n (Saturday-Monday). There's a birthday sliced cake and complimentary sweets in the room. The room is clean, have kitchen. Only have 1 robe. It didn't have a rice cooker and only had 1 hanger in the closet - we requested, it took them almost 3 hours (we follow up every 30-45minutes) to give us hangers and rice cooker. Pool is okay, the smell of chlorine is strong. We are not informed or aware that there's a swimming lesson every Sunday, the pool is so jam-packed, we cannot swim properly. If you are planning to stay in weekends, have kids and plan to swim - please avoid the Sundays. I am hoping the management to post like announcement that they have swimming lessons every Sunday in their pool area. Mind you, the pool are they have are already small so imagine they swimming lessons - there are alot of people/kids, coming in and out. The room we stayed in is very clean, you can cooked foods in the Kitchen, they have oven, ref and microwave. Bathroom is okay - they clothesline is broken tho so we are unable to use it. We might stay again in the future but definitely avoid Sundays. Thank you for the service!
LLilo the CatIt's our home away from home. We've spent most of our days here, and during our stay, it has been a wonderful experience! They provided us with the things we needed, as well as better accommodation options, which was great. The staff are also one of the friendliest people we've seen—including Lyndon, the stuffed bear that greets you as you enter the hotel. Overall, the Lindon Suites is a wonderful place to stay as it provides great accommodations and is filled with good people.
RRiomae CruzGood location. 5-7 minute walk to SM Megamall which is also a bonus. And a 24hour restaurant + convenience store outside lobby entrance in case you want to grab some food.
Only downside had to wait for the lift long time, seemed to be only 1 lift works out of the 3.
Their breakfast buffet could have more options, but
staff were super friendly and room is nice and cosy. The terrace is amazing as you are looking right across the shopping mall.
Regardless, i’d still come back.
LLancee22Got a little inconvenience because they didn't state in the room i booked, don't have parking, and made us wait for like 30 mins in the garage just to file up everything.
