โรงแรมพร้อมอาหารเช้าในจังหวัดซีลางังเนโกรส

First trip to dumaguete and we could not have chosen a better hotel. It opened only 2 weeks before we stayed. It was clean and the location was excellent. The staff were all really nice especially Benedict and Mario. They both were very nice and both took initiative to check if we needed any assistance. The professionalism of the staff displayed shows a lot about the management wherein they value their customers and put service before anything else.

ข้อดี: สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในบ้านดีเยี่ยม ห้องกว้างมาก และใกล้ทะเลมาก เหมาะแก่การแช่ตัวในโรงแรมสำหรับพักผ่อน อาหารของโรงแรมนั้นอร่อย และมันแย่มากหากไม่มีรายงานออนไลน์ เรากินในโรงแรมทั้งวันทั้งคืน ราคาแพงมากเมื่อเทียบกับฟิลิปปินส์ แต่ก็ยังถูกมากเมื่อเทียบกับจีน ข้อเสีย: ไปดำน้ำมา 3 ครั้ง ไม่มีอะไรจริงๆ ไม่มีอะไรเลย... ผมอ่านคอมเมนต์ก่อนบอกว่ามีปลาเยอะแต่ไม่เห็น ฉันรู้สึกผิดหวังมาก บริกรทุกคนใจดีกับคุณเราเพลิดเพลินกับบริการส่งอาหารถึงบ้านและให้ทิปเกือบทุกครั้ง แต่ไม่มีใครบอกเราว่ามีการเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมการจัดส่งแยกต่างหาก เมื่อฉันเช็คเอาท์ในที่สุด ฉันเห็นใบส่งของและไม่สะดวกที่จะพูดตามตรง ค่าธรรมเนียมคิดตามเปอร์เซ็นต์ อีกครั้ง ฉันทำถาดสบู่แตกในบ้าน และถามฉันว่าตอนเช็คเอาท์ราคาเท่าไหร่ ฉันถามฉันมากกว่า 2,000 เปโซ! ต่อมาผมดูรายการราคาชดเชยแล้วบอกว่ารายการที่ตรงกับราคานี้ไม่ได้หักจากเรา มันไม่ถูกต้องนัก แล้วเธอก็พูดว่า โอ้ สิ่งที่คุณพูดไม่ใช่สิ่งนี้ จะตั้งใจหรือไม่ก็ไม่สบายใจนัก ถ้าฉันไม่รู้ จะหาเงินมามากมายขนาดนี้ก็ไร้ประโยชน์มิใช่หรือ? สุดท้ายหลังจากกลับมาที่จีน จำได้ว่าต่างหูคู่หนึ่งตกลงมาที่หัวเตียง แต่ไม่มีเงินจะติดต่อโรงแรมมากนัก แต่ในฐานะโรงแรมที่ดี พนักงานบริการไม่ควรมีความคิดริเริ่ม ติดต่อผู้อยู่อาศัยหลังจากทำความสะอาดห้องและเห็นว่าผู้เช่ามีของเหลืออยู่ ครู่หนึ่ง? อย่างไรก็ตาม ฉันจะไม่มาที่โรงแรมนี้อีก

I only stayed here one night flying in late and catching a ferry the next morning. The hotel is in a great spot to take a walk along the water that night, and then super easy to walk to the ferry terminal the next morning. Very nice hotel and a huge room. Staff was awesome, too. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dumaguete.

One of the best accommodations i’ve experienced, locally, i mean this is not to compare to a 5-star hotel/resort, but the experience will really make u feel like a royal. The resort is unique, imagine several resto choices and souvenir shops in a small resort community. And dont get me started on the quality of service of the staff, they’re the most courteous resort staff to serve me, they are authentic and caring (sometimes they refuse tips). P.s. just a tip dont leave ur windows or doors open, bcoz of the mosquitoes, but you have to expect it coz there are a lot of greeneries around.

ดีมาก! รักโรงแรมนี้มาก หันหน้าเข้าหาทะเล ทุกวันเรือออกทะเลเพื่อดำน้ำตื้นและดำน้ำลึก อาหารในโรงแรมก็ดีและราคาก็สูงเช่นกัน เจ้าของเป็นชาวฝรั่งเศสและคุณภาพของการจัดการโรงแรมนั้นพิถีพิถัน ไปต่อในครั้งต่อไป

We had a truly amazing stay, thank you to all the staff, your hospitality/kindness/smiley faces were amazing 👍 The Resort was small and cute,& right on the beach/sea & the attention to detail for all the guests was brilliant.. The rooms were spacious, very clean with all the amenities, including a mini bar. Our introduction to the Scuba Diving course was brilliant, and I would tell anyone who wants to do Scuba Diving for the 1st time to go to this resort. Donde the Dive instructor was brilliant, very efficient & conscious re health/safety, BUT had the best personality to make you feel at ease. Any nerves we may have had in the swimming pool, @ our introduction, were all gone when we were sitting on the Sea Bed watching a Sea Turtle sleep 😂 I never thought at the start of the day, we would end the day having done two amazing Dives, We will definitely be back to do another Dive the ” next” step with Donde👍The Food was also amazing, my husband enjoyed the fresh Tuna tapa👍 Lots of variety, and very well priced including the Vino👍 The Breakfast was the best of all the resorts we've stayed in the Philipines, & that is normally the negative in any of my reviews😂 Thankyou to all the staff we look forward to seeing you all again soon. Keep your smiley faces👍

Great hotel close to the airport in Dumaguete. Simple rooms but had plenty of amenities available including room service. The pool was the perfect addition to get a little swim in before our flight the next morning. Staff was great and facilities were clean!

This was my first stay here, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect right by the beach, quiet, and very relaxing. Plus, meeting 'Sausage' the dog was a highlight! However, I am very disappointed with the booking management. My first booking was canceled even though rooms showed as available, forcing me to rebook a different category and wait for a refund. Later, I tried to extend my stay for another 3 nights, but that was canceled as well. It’s a shame because I love the place, but the unreliable system makes me hesitant to book again. I highly suggest the hotel syncs their real-time availability to prevent these frustrating cancellations.

Очень понравилось расположение. Прямо на пляже семейный отель. Уютный дворик. Черный песок. Приливы-отливы не мешают купаться, что важно на Филиппинах. Хорошо готовят в кафе при отеле. Пригласили на Рождественский ужин всех постояльцев! Бесплатно! Забавно развлекались, играли в игры. Считается это лучшее место для купания Дугамете(Дауин)
