It’s our first time to visit Dumaguete and we are so happy that we booked at The Henry. The staff are all friendly and sweet. I celebrated my birthday and they have a small surprise inside our room. I appreciate it. I also love their pair of slippers. It’s uniquely done. As a couple foodie, we totally love the food. We tried 3 of their restaurants. The area is so peaceful and quiet. I am a light sleeper and I fell asleep like a baby. We get the short break that we wanted. See you again next time.

We recently stayed at The Henry Resort Dumaguete for 4 days and 3 nights as a family traveling with a baby, and we had such a pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff were all very helpful, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay. Special mention to Lyka and Ron who were always attentive and kind, making sure we were comfortable, especially with our baby. Their manager, AJ, was also very visible, hands-on, and ready to assist whenever needed, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was plated with a good variety of choices each morning, and everything we tried was enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, family-friendly, and perfect for a quiet getaway in Dumaguete. One small suggestion we would recommend is adding handrails by the pool area for added safety and convenience, especially for families with kids or elderly guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend The Henry Resort Dumaguete to families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

First time to stay in Henry Hotel. Comfortable and accessible especially for senior citizens plus food is delicious

nice 2 nights stay overall. the only pity was that the water wasn’t hot enough and the water pressure was too low. I didn’t report the problem to the staffs cuz i was so tired when coming back at night. But this problem needs to be paid attention to if you’re planning to book.

The service from all the staff were excellent. Location was also good, pool and rooms were great 👍 Would highly recommend staying here!

The resort was an actual resort. Everything was great! Can't complain about anything. We will definitely stay there again.

I’ve stayed here before and always rated them five out of five in all categories but location. This most recent day, I just felt the service wasn’t quite up to par with my other stays. I am sure I will stay here again as I believe it is the nicest hotel in Dumaguete. As a side note - very cool car show going on during this trip. 😁

This hotel probably has been one of the best in the past but due their unfriendly staff and management degenerated over time
