Enjoyable stay at Sutera Niah resorts. Appreciate the management for the beatiful place and facilities. Thank you Vanissa and colleagues for your wonderful hospitality. Comfortable stay in the large very clean room. Thank you again for the caring staffs. And also thanks a lot to Androse who helped me with transport to Niah town, a caring, friendly officer. อยู่หน้าห้างสรรพสินค้าเลย เดินได้สบายๆ ทำเลดี ข้อเสียคือไม่มีที่จอดรถของโรงแรม แต่ตอนที่ไปพักไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องที่จอดรถ ห้องพักดี มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ข้อควรระวัง อาหารเช้าในโรงแรมไม่ใช่บุฟเฟต์ แต่เป็นอาหารพร้อมเครื่องดื่ม ซึ่งก็ถือว่าใช้ได้

the pool is great. the room was spacious. comfy bed. check in,we had to stand in line for a bit but the lady who checked us in was nice. there was wee problem with water dripping from the ac. we called front desk and that was taken  of immediately . the best is the pool. amazing pool. supermarket across the road and lotsa little restaurants  behind the hotel . easy to get a grab

The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.

I like the hotel. Can see nice scenery from the room. Room is clean, spacious & comfy. However, the location is a bit further than any other spots in Miri. Hotel can consider to improve breakfast buffer & service. I have added breakfast due to convenient to have it there since hotel is far from other places. But disappointed cause only few choices. Not even have eggs station & cereal. Food taste were average. Service were slow. We need to wait for food to be refilled.

I recently stayed at Miri Marriott Resort & Spa and had a pleasant experience. The beachfront setting and roomy accommodation created a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The breakfast was fairly average. There was a decent spread that included basic hot dishes, eggs, pastries, bread, fruit, cereal, and a few local options, along with coffee and tea. While everything was acceptable and enough to start the day, the selection felt a little limited for a resort of this level, and there were no particularly memorable or premium items that stood out. It was perfectly fine overall, but it did not quite match the expectations one might have for a Marriott resort breakfast. Overall, it is a comfortable resort for a peaceful getaway, with lovely ocean views that add to the laid-back charm.

Hotel location is good as it is close Miri Times Square. The location is near banks, restaurants, phamacy and bakeries. Walking distance to a wet market. The room is always kept clean and tidy. The reception is friendly and helpful. The internet sometime is lagging. The TV reception is also not good. Toilet and bathroom is clean.

im a lil bit shock for the blanket and the bed sheet also the pillowcase cleanliness.Very dirty,like i literally can see all the dirt stain all over the blanket.I should be enjoy my stay,not sleep on a dirty bed.This is one of my fav place to stay but got dissappointed by this kond of negligence.I wish this not gonna happen again.Overall,service and food is 100/10.thank you.

Hotel modern looks obviously, quite good service coz i had order lunch menu and lost my cutlery and surprisingly i found it 🥹 tq the management for the help. Hotel best, view city cantik, xda noise at all, selesa je tidur malam and had cleaning service daily if you want coz i slept there almost 1 weeks. Felt safe also even im alone while my husband went to work.
