Everything is good and great history of the Hotel and Anna being the wife of General Gabriala and except that there is only stairs leading to the hotel rooms, if you have big luggage that would be a bit difficult for transporting all luggage’s in and out. But the river view and the cleanliness compensated everything.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel — it’s clean, cozy, and feels very homey. The staff were amazing, especially Adiam, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. They even let us have breakfast after the official time, which really shows their thoughtfulness and hospitality. We stayed in a room for four, and it was spacious and comfortable — not cramped at all. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. One thing to note: it’s close to a hospital, so it might be a bit noisy at times for light sleepers. But overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Pisa!

Medium sized Italian hotel in great location next to Pisa Tower, very short walk to historic area and busy town life. Hotel is popular and well worn on stairs, reception very helpful, multilingual and provides town map. Hotel accommodated allergy requests, we were blessed with a seated balcony at rear of property, room clean and had all amenities for short stay (no hot drink or fridge facilities in room) but restaurant downstairs for additional cost. Towels, soap provided and TV, hairdryer and air con in room. Book hotel transfers at reception as far more reasonable. Approximately 20-25 min walk from Pisa Central station and there’s a mini metro from train station to airport (just make sure you leave central station in right direct re town to airport).

The service attitude was extremely bad. Especially the night bartender (the hairless gentleman), he actually used abusive sign language to the guests. It was unbelievable and made me feel extremely insulted.

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Continental per una notte il 16 agosto e ho trovato la mia esperienza mista. Sebbene sia un hotel a 4 stelle, ho notato alcune aree che potrebbero beneficiare di una ristrutturazione. Posizione e servizi: La posizione dell'hotel è sicuramente un punto a favore, essendo direttamente sul mare e dotato di una grande piscina. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato un inconveniente riguardo al servizio in spiaggia. Non mi era stato comunicato che era disponibile solo fino alle 12:00 del giorno seguente. Questo dettaglio è stato svelato dalla bagnina, che mi ha informato che avrei dovuto pagare per una mezza giornata se avessi voluto rimanere in spiaggia fino alle 16:00, quando ho dovuto lasciare la struttura. Camera e pulizia: La camera era piuttosto piccola e ho notato che i vetri delle finestre erano sporchi, il che non ha contribuito a una buona impressione al mio arrivo. Colazione: La colazione era nella media e, sebbene non avessi molte alternative disponibili, l'ho trovata abbastanza buona per iniziare la giornata. Prezzo: Infine, il prezzo che ho pagato per una sola notte mi è sembrato piuttosto elevato rispetto ai servizi offerti, soprattutto considerando che stavo cercando un soggiorno più accessibile. A very pleasant stay. Nice welcome from the friendly staff. The room was a good size and very clean. An ideal location near the railway station and about a 20 minute walk to the cathedral and tower. Lovely hotel and a nice touch with the sweets in the room.
