โรงแรมพร้อมอาหารเช้าในเลสเตอร์

พักอยู่สองวัน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก: อุปกรณ์ครบครัน สุขอนามัย: ห้องน้ำสไตล์อังกฤษสะอาดมากและไม่มีกลิ่นแปลก ๆ ฉันชื่นชมสิ่งนี้มากเหมือนใหม่ สภาพแวดล้อม: มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตเล็กๆ มากมายรอบๆ เช่นเดียวกับซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตจีน มีเมืองเล็กๆ อยู่ห่างออกไปประมาณหนึ่งกิโลเมตรซึ่งคุณสามารถไปช้อปปิ้งได้ ราคาก็ต่ำพอๆ กับลอนดอน

Loved this hotel was so reasonably priced was really pleasantly surprised beautiful clean room hot water was piping so was able to have lovely bath .. went on a freezing cold evening in feb but the heating was on the whole time was very hot and cozy .. lovely hotel would definitely recommend.. breakfast and all the staff excellent

The Grand is in the middle of an extensive refurbishment programme. I booked 4 room for 2 nights on each side of my daughter's graduation - which I explained to the hotel in advance, so we could have rooms close together to help with hairdressing etc. First the good - beautiful building with stunning original features within a contemporary refurbishment. Stunning public areas, easy parking (albeit the car park is v tatty). The BEST service staff - accommodated all our requests, gave my daughters free parking as a gift. Everyone was delightful, helpful and effective. The bar was superb, superb service and drinks. Breakfast was gorgeous - huge variety with quality ingredients, beautifully presented. The rooms were simple yet luxurious. V nicely appointed bathrooms, comfy bed, lovely shower products. The bad - two of us had to change rooms due to ineffective / not working aircon. Unfortunately, my room was worst with heat topping 33 degrees, even hotter when the hairdresser arrived. I GOT NO SLEEP due to the heat. My friend had already had her room changed before she arrived due to a maintenance issue but her new room had no aircon at all - worth knowing that 4 stars does not mean aircon in all rooms (only 50%) have it. After having to back up we were allocated new rooms. My friend's room was an upgraded one. Mine was not, but the aircon worked to a nearly acceptable level. That said, nothing close to the ”fridge” temperature my daughter / boyfriend and her brother, enjoyed. I spoke to the manager after breakfast as I checked out. He too was charming and completely accepted my complaint. In essence, the ”build” is still happening and he is reporting the snagging issues. Given dinestiv builds can be a nightmare, he did my sympathy as he is trying to coordinate this, much larger build, with people getting in the way. I would love to revisit in 6mths or so - as so much of what they are doing is fantastic - its just quite there yet...but it will be fabulous!

โรงแรมที่น่าทึ่ง เย็นสบายและกว้างขวาง ห้องพักยอดเยี่ยม มีชา กาแฟ และน้ำดื่มมากมายในห้อง พนักงานทุกคนเป็นมืออาชีพมาก ต้อนรับดีและมีประสิทธิภาพ ทีมงานที่มีความสามารถสูงซึ่งมอบบริการลูกค้าชั้นยอดตลอดเวลา ไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์กับทีวีได้เนื่องจากดูเหมือนว่าจะถูกบล็อกไม่ให้เลือกแหล่งที่มา ตอนนี้ฉันจะไม่พักที่อื่นในเลสเตอร์แล้ว คุ้มค่าและบรรยากาศน่าทึ่ง บาร์และห้องอาหารเช้านั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก แม้ว่าจะหยุดให้บริการอาหารตอน 21.15 น. ในคืนที่เรามาถึง นั่งรถอูเบอร์ไปเมือง 5 ปอนด์ เดินไปยังสถานี 15 นาที โรงแรมอยู่ติดกับสนามกีฬา Leicester Tigers และยังใกล้กับ King Power มากอีกด้วย มีร้านหัวมุม ร้านเคบับ แมคโดนัลด์ และร้าน Morrisons โดยใช้เวลาเดิน 10 นาทีเช่นกัน

Everything was perfect it was in city centre so convenient to walk for food and everything we need 😀

What a little gem! The decor was superb. It has a pub that does meals so you don’t have to go anywhere once you have checked in if you don’t want to. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection Would definitely book again

Could not sleep well as air conditioning does not work in entire hotel. Provided us with fans but the windows are locked and the whole room was hot with fan causing hot air inside.  My room basin has a large crack across  and I need to report as soon as I check in and saw in case - charge me without my fault ..it made me busy after check in going up and down as no telephone in the room …they refused to change the room but admitted it happened previously , they don’t repair it and gave the room to me and did not explain what was inside !  Breakfast is good but finish at 9:30 am and if you are late , will miss breakfast.

Clean, plenty parking. Good shower. Only negative was that the sofa bed was not made up for my daughter and took a while for housekeeping to make up the bed. My daughter was very tired as it was nearly 11pm. They did say requests for the bed making had not come through the booking system. She did bring cookies though :) also the EV charger was not working despite several attempts by my husband and checking with the hotel staff so without a charge made out next day travel somewhat inconvenient. One of the reasons for booking the hotel was ev charging and free parking.

The soundproofing is very poor. When the door next door is shut loudly, the wall by my bed actually shakes. It has startled me awake several times. The ventilation system is also inadequate. Cigarette smoke from other rooms drifts into my bathroom and bedroom, which made it impossible for me to sleep all night. Opening the window did not help. There was dust on the bedsheets, and there were biscuit crumbs on the chair.
