"I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special mention to Farhana from customer service, who was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. She made sure everything was taken care of and made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again."

"I was satisfied with the excellent service from the front desk staff. The room was advertised as 35 square meters on Trip.com, but the actual size was different. The room was generally clean and tidy, but it was a bit stuffy during the day because there was no air conditioning. The hotel parking lot is free, and there are plenty of spaces – great! There's also a pub downstairs where you can watch sports."
