Raffles Hainan Clearwater Bay stands out as one of the rare hotels that truly inspires me to write a detailed review. As a coastal retreat, it delivers impeccable service and facilities beyond reproach. The property is immaculately maintained with spotless cleanliness, reflecting no-expense-spared attention to upkeep. What sets this resort apart is its warm, thoughtful service that genuinely makes guests feel at home. The butler service elevates the experience to another level entirely. Darryl, with his remarkable professionalism and dedication, crafted what can only be described as a flawless stay for us. From pre-arrival confirmations and personalized inquiries to seamless check-in coordination and attentive follow-ups throughout our visit, he embodied the very definition of meticulous hospitality. His ability to anticipate needs and resolve matters promptly showed what true five-star service means. Once again, our deepest gratitude to Darryl for making our stay extraordinary. Beautiful hotel, but unfair check-in delays need to be addressed I really wanted to give this hotel a perfect score because the hotel itself is great, but a major operational flaw held it back. The Good: The hotel design is stunning—very modern and fresh. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and felt brand new. Our The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety with lots to choose from, so great start to the day there. I also have to shout out the staff, who were warm and attentive throughout our stay. The Mixed: The amenities were generally okay, though I did notice a lack of bathroom loofahs (a small detail, but worth noting for anyone planning a longer stay). The Bad (and Important): The check-in process is broken. Officially, check-in is at 3pm, but we ended up waiting much longer. It seems the hotel allows guests to check out so late that housekeeping can't turn the rooms over in time. It’s really not okay to keep the next customer waiting in the lobby after a long journey of travel—it immediately puts a damper on your feeling towards the hotel before you even see the room. Suggestion to Management: I would strongly suggest that IHG enforce late check-out fees or stagger check-out times. Late departures for some guests shouldn't come at the expense of the experience for incoming guests.

The hotel is amazing, beautiful huge territory, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice villa with private pool and jacuzzi, a lot of small things which made our stay really enjoyable such as welcome tea and fruits. Despite the fact that the weather was rainy and windy and swimming in the sea was prohibited we had an amazing stay and definitely want to return.

We had an excellent experience at Hainan Sangem Moon Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and family-friendly. One of the biggest highlights is that it’s a perfect hotel for kids. The hotel offers a wide variety of activities designed to keep children engaged from baking activities and go karting to a waterpark that our kids absolutely loved. There was always something to do. Anna and Lisa at the reception were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their support made the whole experience even smoother. I highly recommend Hainan Sangem Moon Hotel, especially for families with children.

我願稱之為陵水酒店性價比之王👑😁😁😁 土福灣這邊都是比較好的酒店，沙灘幽靜舒適，海水也挺清澈的，玩樂設施也有~ 酒店房間大而新，海景可人，審美在線，海洋主題簡約清新~早餐種類不是特別多，味道可以的~ 服務也是很好的，我們的管家王木木處理問題很及時，五星好評☺️☺️

來猴島玩選了這家民宿，離猴島很近，步行10分鐘，一路還可以看風景，民宿在南灣村裡麪，趕海拉地籠漿板項目豐富，適合帶孩子遊玩。可以在民宿裏面點餐，家常飯的味道，很好吃，西紅柿炒蛋配米飯超好吃。民宿落地窗，風景很漂亮。服務人員很耐心指點怎麼遊玩。路上有一些野生猴子。猴島不大，但裏面猴子超多，遊玩時間3小時左右。很好玩，意猶未盡。民宿視頻沒拍，衹拍了猴島的。

This is hotel is located in a wonderful location in front of beautiful bay. There are many restaurants on walk by restaurant . Breakfast is with good choise of western and Chinese. Try the noodle soup - it is really good

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
