MM298425****到店就有新鮮的歡迎水果，還有伴手禮，裏面有防曬霜、防曬傘、防蚊水還有濕紙巾，全是在海邊用得上的東西，太貼心了！早餐和下午茶都能送到房間門口，對於懶癌患者太友好了。在島上逛了一天，回酒店湯池泡着超解乏，泡完回房間躺進軟乎乎的床品裏，一覺睡到天亮，睡眠質量都變好了。 位置也沒得説，出門走一兩百米就是沙灘，踩沙看海超方便。客房服務響應特別快，有啥需求基本都是秒回。另外還有接送車服務，全程都不用自己操心。 另外酒店免費贈送的旅拍服務，攝影師小姐姐拍得挺好看的，我還加選了5張，建議可以嘗試一下😊

BBubbleChimpCute little homestay run by very attentive hosts. There’s a small pool and during Chinese holidays it’s best for families with young children. Host speaks some English, is very helpful and friendly and will communicate with you on wechat. Some issues were lack of WiFi, some bed bites although everything looked very clean and the walk to silver beach which although less than 10min, in Aug ’23 wasn’t very pleasant because of construction and large puddles in the alleyways. The breakfast was a nice taste of local specialties but could include some healthier items like vegetables or yoghurt to set you up for the day (chinese breakfasts usually include boiled sweet potatoes, corn and green veg) as it was a lot of rice wraps, dough and jelly cakes. A major plus is the use of the washing machine and dryer which most hotels don't offer.

ผผู้เข้าพักGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave. Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play. The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way. The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned. The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture) If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe. I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China. However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too. These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host! I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

ผผู้เข้าพักI was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself. The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

EEdmund GerardIt’s a perfect spot for visiting Beihai. You get amazing value for money. Quality room and a lot of space too , as well as a great location close to shops and railway station. Beach isn’t close but it’s easy to reach with DiDi. No issues with getting around town either. Great power shower, good a/c , bed is comfy, and the soundproofing works! A negative is SMOKING! Even though it’s covered in no smoking signs it still happens. Rooms can fill with smell of next door smoking or some ignoramus walking along the corridor puffing away. It’s an issue for most hotels due to the high number of smokers in China, but if they enforced fines consistently then maybe it would stop more doing it. Having said that , I still use City Comfort because the POSITIVES massively outweigh that single negative. No frills. Just delivers on quality at a value price with good staff.

It was off-season so the restaurant/room service options seemed pretty limited, but you can get anything you want delivered easily.  A thing to note is no one was able to converse in English, completely understandable, just something to be aware of for foreign guests - although everyone did try to say hello, goodbye, etc., in English, which was very thoughtful.  There’s also no Spa, which was a bit disappointing for the quality of the hotel, but the gym was great.  A special thanks to housekeeping who always made sure to tidy the room each day even if I didn’t leave it till late. They always made sure to pop in and freshen everything when I did go out. It’s an ideal hotel for families with children, less so for solo or friends, but still lovely.

ผผู้เข้าพัก因為帶着小孩，所以都是選看起來比較乾淨衞生的，酒店真的很乾凈廁所也是看起來很乾凈，房間沒有多餘的裝飾，很整潔，也沒有異味，樓下的泳池也蠻好的，有遮陰，早餐雖然比較簡單但是應該是店主弄的也很清爽，唯一不足的就是對於我們人多的來説曬衣服的位置不夠，其他都挺好的！！！
