This hotel is located near to the tram station. Very good seevice with personalised pillows. Great breakfast selection

Sensationelle Lage, aufmerksame empfangspersonal…. So wie man sich es auch erwarten kann, in einem 5 Stern Hotel. Pianobar und Restaurant entsprechen dem Niveau. Spa ist nur auf Reservation und beschränkt benutzbar….. was enttäuscht….auch das man sich zur frische Luft ergeben kann ist negativ. Fitnessraum ist im Nachbar/ Partner Hotel und ist mit Basic Geräte bestückt….. ist auch fraglich! Aber ein Instruktor ist meisten vor Ort! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut bestückt, die Aussicht traumhaft……

ทําเลดี เดินห้านาทีถึงทะเลสาบ ห้องพักในโรงแรมมีขนาดเล็กและเล็กมาก 13 ตารางเมตรที่เขียนบนอินเทอร์เน็ตนั้นไม่เกินจริงจริงๆ แต่ถึงแม้นกกระจอกจะตัวเล็กและมีอวัยวะภายในทั้งหมด แต่ก็มีทุกอย่างที่ควรมี โรงแรมไม่มีฟิตเนสแต่มีสระว่ายน้ําเล็กๆ มีกลิ่นในห้อง ฉันต้องเปิดหน้าต่างระบายอากาศตลอดทั้งวัน

ห้องพักสวยมากและสภาพแวดล้อมก็สวยงาม การได้นั่งบนระเบียงห้อง ฟังเสียงนก ดื่มไวน์ และชื่นชมแสงไฟของทะเลสาบลูกาโนและบ้านบนภูเขาที่อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้าม ช่างเป็นความสุขจริงๆ ห้องพักมีกาต้มน้ำไฟฟ้า แชมพู และเจลอาบน้ำ คุณต้องนำอุปกรณ์ทันตกรรมและรองเท้าแตะมาเอง

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – keine Empfehlung Wir haben ein Premium Suite für zwei Personen gebucht, doch im Zimmer waren Handtücher und andere Utensilien nur für eine Person vorbereitet. Als wir das abends beim Personal meldeten, reagierte man genervt – es wurde lediglich nur die Bademäntel nachgereicht. Am nächsten Tag, nachdem Aufräumen durch Housekeeping fehlten die Handtücher für die zweite Person immer noch. Erst nach der dritten Beschwerde wurde das Nötige gebracht – ohne jegliche Entschuldigung! Das Personal wirkt insgesamt genervt, unaufmerksam und unfreundlich. Einzig die Lage des Hotels ist positiv zu bewerten – sonst kann ich leider nur abraten.

The location was strategical to say the least. Wherever you’re lean to go, I believed that I was at the epicentre of everything I wanted to go to. 🏬 I was greeted by Mattia who assisted me with all my questions with the most friendly and helpful answers I could get, including the check in. ✅ As a fist timer in Lugano he suggested me where to go for my short time stay, really appreciated! 👍 The room itself was nice and tidy, got a fifth floor level you get a nice view to mount Bré, at sunrise it’s an outstanding panorama to say the least!🗻 Amenity wise you have all what you can get and more! I mean an Iron board at your closet and a dishwasher, that’s a first! 😄 Breakfast wise could have more choices but the “cornetti” made me forget all about it!🥐 An experience worth to repeat, recommendable for single travelers! 😉

Review Mixed feelings I stayed on a weekend solo trip whilst working elsewhere in Switzerland, and have mixed feelings about this hotel. I booked this on the basis of the rave reviews on here, which I don’t really now understand - it’s fine but not great in my view. What’s good: - Beautiful public areas in the main building - Spa, pool & sun terrace have great furnishings, very comfortable and a stunning view of the lake - Breakfast buffet is excellent quality & included in room rate. Probably the nicest croissant ever. The staff kindly opened the terrace for me (it was 18 degrees & very sunny) - Some of the staff were kind and helpful, particularly at the reception & the spa desk - Very comfortable beds, lovely linen & towels - good night’s sleep! - Nice location, a little out of the main town (15 mins walk around the lake) so peaceful & quiet - Free shuttle to Lugano train station is a nice extra, although the public bus is very convenient Less good - My room was in an ugly 1970s building with a view of the carpark. I didn’t expect a lake view (it was an additional 200 CHF per night) but this was not exactly a “garden view” as described - The room & bathroom was cluttered with random stuff- promotional booklets, mini bar snacks, bottles of toiletries - there was no space to stand even a wash bag in the bathroom. There were 4 bottles of products balanced on the edge of the bath. Please wall mount the bottles & tidy up! - I asked to borrow an iron - the one they bought had a European plug & all the in-room plugs are Swiss, so it was unusable. I don’t expect everyone to speak perfect English but even google translate could not get me a working iron! I fail to understand why you’d not have the right iron plug for the hotel sockets… - At breakfast I was asked 3 times if they should open a parasol, I politely said “no” so the staff waited for me to go to the buffet & opened it anyway! I was cold in the shade so I just left my food, which was a disappointment - I had to ask for my free tourist card for transport & museum discounts. This should be provided to all guests, had I not been aware of it then I’d have missed out On balance, for me it was overpriced, for 450 CHF per night I will likely try somewhere else next time I come to town. Not a disaster but I feel there’s likely better choices. The Best Western next door is 1/3 of the cost…

I stayed at Best Western Hotel Bellevue au Lac for just one night, but it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect—right by the lake with beautiful views. The food was delicious, and overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely love to return for a longer stay next time!

ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟลูกาโนมีรถประจำทางตรงไปยังเมืองลูกาโนที่หน้าประตูซึ่งค่อนข้างสะดวก การตกแต่งภายในของห้องจะเก่ากว่าแต่สะอาดและมีเครื่องปรับอากาศทำให้ค่อนข้างสะดวกสบาย อาหารเช้าราคาเพียง 10 ฟรังก์สวิส แต่มีทางเลือกน้อยกว่า

Отличный отель! Немного староватый!!! Но мне дали номер на 4 этаже с видом на озеро! Завтраки хорошие ! Мебель немного староватая! Учитывая цену и качество, лучшее расположение, просто отличный отель!!!
