Walls are paper thin. Person in the next room had their tv on all night at full volume. Someone bright put all the kids at a tournament on the second floor so it sounded like an elephant stampede. No security on site and the fire alarm was pulled. Shocker. Worse night at a hotel ever.

Great experience, lots of fun in the pool, cozy rooms (we had a fireplace). Would book again if we come back to Brantford!

When my kids and I arrived our room was not up to standard. I must say, that Kim at the front desk was amazing. She made us feel seen, welcome and addressed our issues and made our stay one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel. I'm a single mom who travels with my kids so having kind hotel staff who understand is wonderful. Kim was just great! The room we ended up in was good and overall had a very positive experience. Your breakfast buffet was THE BEST! We will be bakc when we come to visit family again.

The hotel itself was quite good - clean, well-maintained, good breakfast (was a buffet on the day we were there). Pool was also good. The only problem was rowdy guests being loud when we were trying to sleep. But that's not really the hotel's fault.

We stay here everytime when visiting family in Brantford. The staff have always been great and helpful when needed. The prices per room are on par and the location is great for us. Thank you for all you do. We look forward to our next visit.

The sofabed was so bad my kids have injuries from the springs coming through the mattress. We asked for a rollaway bed but it never arrived to our room. I would give a higher rating if the mattress on the sofabed was not completely garbage.

We stayed overnight for our 5th Wedding Anniversary and our experience was pleasant from the time we arrived until we left. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was beyond what we expected and restaurant and staff were amazing. We would definitely come again!!!

I did have to complain about hair left in a white bathtub. That issue was resolved by sending someone up to clean our bathroom.
The hotel is clean and the breakfast is great. So is the food at the Restaurant.
I did ask for a late check out and that was no problem. But they forgot to say that our room cards would not work after 11am.
The maid helped us into our hallway and room for the final room check.
