With 3.5 bathrooms, including a jetted bathtub, you'll feel right at home. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, a pingpong table, foosball, bikes and laundry. Game room family room with arcades and indoor play structure!- Amazing golf course views from most of the house!- 5-minute bike ride or drive to Meadows Golf Course pro shop, Sunriver Village for coffee, food, ice cream, entertainment, or to the business park for gas and the hardware/outdoor store.- 10-minute bike ride (5-minute drive) to the Sunriver SHARC water park.Details:Indoor Space:- 7 bedrooms (2 King suites, 4 Queen beds, a Queen-size bunk, twin-size bunk, and 2 twin over queen bunks).- 2 separate family rooms, including a game room with 100” TV, pool table, arcades, and an indoor play structure for the louder kids or adults, and a separate living room with a fireplace for the more relaxed ones. - Game closet with board games (kids and adults) and younger kid toys and books.- 3 bathrooms downstairs (two are king suites), one upstairs.- Large kitchen and separate dining room for large groups. There is an additional fridge/freezer in the garage. There is also a mini fridge in one of the downstairs suites.- There is a washer and dryer inside the house as well as another washer and two more dryers in the garage!Outdoor Space- The Hot tub is fully drained and refilled between EVERY guest stay and has a view of the golf course!- Large paver patio with barbecue overlooking the 6th tee of the Meadows golf course. The house is on the golf course for a fantastic view but sits back from the course a bit for privacy and out of the way of stray golf balls.- Excellent spot for kids to play in the snow on the golf course in the winter or to go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing!Other Amenities- 10 daily reusable passes to the Sunriver SHARC waterpark included!- 6-8 adult and 4-6 kid bikes provided in the garage.- All bedrooms except two have smart TVs for you to use your favorite streaming service.- Separate AC/heat controls for upstairs, downstairs, and game room.IMPORTANT INFO:This is a full home rental with self-check-in. On-street parking is NOT allowed in Sunriver. Sadly, we have had issues with guests breaking this rule. There will be a $200 fine PER vehicle, PER NIGHT for any cars that break this parking rule. Off of the sleeping space is the 2nd bathroom with a full bathtub to clean off the day from your outdoor fun in Sunriver.The house is equipped with free WiFi and smart devices providing Hulu & Netflix on all 3 flat screen TVs.
