Walk down the hallway and the primary bedroom is to your left featuring a California King sized bed and another desk & chair. This room has a closet with hangers & a dresser. The room also has a luggage rack for your convenience. A bit further down the hallway you will find the fully stocked kitchen followed by the 2nd bedroom which has a queen sized bed. The bathroom is at the back of the apartment with a bathtub, shower, vanity & toilet. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash.Walk out the rear door to find the laundry area which leads to the driveway and parking area. Living room with 75" TV plus full cable services (Peacock, Netflix, Paramount+, Disney, Max), plus huge selection of DVDs. Patio in back for BBQ and entertaining or quite time.Guests will have access to the whole house and backyard except garage. By city ordinance all outside noise must cease by 10PM. Electronic locks at front door for easy access. Alarm system uses same code. (a 4 digit code of your choice will be set up the night before your arrival).Other things to note: Parking allowed anywhere on one side of the street. There is no garage access.
