The hotel was beautiful, pool warm and staff lovely. Restaurant wasn’t up to standard but cocktails really yum.

Hi , just wanted to say had a delicious set lunch yesterday, for me the star was the excellent pannacotta - Thankyou for sharing recipe. I will be back when the main menu changes which we were told it shall be soon. Thanks again for a good lunch - thank fully have now found somewhere in Bournemouth worth coming to and can recommend.

This hotel is absolutely stunning . The rooms were beautiful and the hotel was so clean . The bar and restaurant which iv been to on many occasions never fails to impress. The staff were amazing , the receptionist which looked after us was very professional .

Elegance and quality throughout. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable and food was on point. Salmon with miso is well worth trying. Can’t recommend enough. Next time we will book a room and make a proper night of it and bring as many friends as we can.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Nici. We took our granddaughter for her third birthday. It’s a fabulous location, the pools the restaurant and food were fantastic. Plus the Nici Team are top notch. We recommend and we would go back again.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. 10/10 in everything. Staff absolutely lovely, soooooo clean, beautiful decoration. I can’t knock anything about this hotel . Breakfast in the morning was stunning, felt so relaxed in the restaurant I will be back

From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. Greeted at reception by a lovely lady with a welcome smile and all the information we required to make the most of our overnight stay. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent compliments to the chef and the service was excellent a special mention to Tom from the restaurant who provided us with excellent service. Another special mention to Charlotte, Darcy and Sam. Well done Team Nici and thank you we look forward to returning soon!

Utterly discussed with the nici, I was trying to book my wedding With them, as it’s got a lovely pool area, and nice surroundings. It turned into an absolute nigh**are, I was speaking to the events team, that provisional booked my date, which then I booked my church for that date, having had a provisional booking with the nici, we was waiting on the manager to get back, to finalise pricing, no one ever got back to me, was calling twice a day, was always some excuse, to then finally speaking to someone, to say they will email me over everything within the hour.. nothing… then my mum got involved and spoke to reception, who said he will get someone to call me ASAP, no one called.. then I got an email, must be from the manager, saying the price but we will have let you know, as I have a client on Monday who wants this date.. umm excuse me, I had already provisionally booked this date, with a member of the team, that said it was free and know one had that date.. discussed absolutely discussed, so I emailed her back saying this.. she didn’t even response or can not get her on the phone. I’ll take my business some where else, after reading the reviews on the food and being from Bournemouth, hearing bad things from word of mouth, after I’ve spoke to family and friends how badly I’ve been treated, I’d rather go elsewhere. What was meant to be a lovely experience for me, turned into a nigh**are because of them.
