This hotel is described as “upscale”. There is nothing upscale about it. I booked a “suite” so I could make use of desk, etc to work. The desk was a narrow counter in the corner by me side the tv with no light. The room was large but super basic and dated. There was no bar soap, hand soap, body wash or lotion provided. Only shampoo and conditioner. And of course, this is the one time I decided to travel light and not bring my own. I didn’t notice until the morning after it was too late. Had to use shampoo as body wash. The front desk staff didn’t care too much. Handed me a minuscule bar soap for the next day. Said that housekeeping would put more in the room. They didn’t. Bed was terrible… like sleeping on a stone floor. Never again.

The lobby area is very nice but unfortunately the rooms are very basic and old
In my room the shower didn’t work. The temperature would be hot for a few seconds, then cold for a few seconds. It was not possible to even take a shower. The front desk refused to take any action because I booked on *******
Overall a poor experience and I will look for a different option next time I’m in. Boucherville

Efficient check-in. Reservation found. Clean room, with nice amenities.
Overall great experience.
Restaurant dinner menu too limited.

We had a great stay, we stayed in an accessable room which was huge, highly recommend the hotel, the restaurant was also 5 stars also. Would definitely stay again
