I'm deaf person and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful, we talked by writing in notebook too, and breakfast was yummy :) I was there in a expensive weekend than to other weekends, but what to do.. But the view from the window at the night was nice and making us calm. Unfortunately there in the TV I couldn't find subtitles in English language.

實際和預訂房型不符，預訂家庭房大床+上下鋪；實際就一張大床。酒店前台他們反饋沒有家庭房
而且床頭附近沒有充電插頭

It is a good hotel. The bed is not super comfortable and the shower could also be better. You need to ask them to clean your room, which is kind of odd for me, because when you stay in a hotel, you expect to receive some services without needing to request them. The gym is excellent, the breakfast is just ok. I think it is a bit pricey for what they offer. I think they could improve th le comfort of the bed, the quality of ammenities and the variety of the breakfast.

On the afton of an afton the bar should NOT be closed.
There were 80 people at breakfast.
Not good enough for a 4 star hotel.

Very clean and tidy, even tho building work was on going, staff very helpfull and the food selection even for a continental breakfast was superb. Very close to the centre of town for walks and restaurants. Would definitely stop here again.
