The man that checked us in was rude, condescending and a male chauvinist. He looked up my name and immediately told me there’s no reservation in my name and there’s nothing he can do for me. After a while he checked under my boyfriend’s name and found it, then completely ignored me and only spoke to him. There was no water pressure in the shower and the toilet didn’t flush. The pillows made a weird crunchy noise and were uncomfortable. We found an old coffee cup wedged into the filter of the pool. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly. Overall it was not a good stay for our vacation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nice outside landscape, spacious clean room.Fan and light switch for bathroom in one, not ideal.Quite loose toilet seat.Bathtub floor slippery. Bathtub grab bar loose and coming out at the bottom.Bathroom extractor fan cover full of dust. No TV guide on television. This is all for room 314. I believe I qualify for a partial refund!

Just needs better attention to room cleanliness. Also needs a water fountain for guests to have free water. The staff was very helpful and confused where the water machine had gone as well however.. to me. This is not ok.

A very nice chain hotel. Great staff (Heather eas very helpful and pleasant.) Nice breakfast and a great location. Definitely would stay again.

This is a great place to hang your hat if in the Naples area. Decent price compared to everything else, bed was comfortable, bedding clean, pillow comfortable. Location is great, breakfast was good, and Mel’s Diner is in front with great food at a good price. I’d definitely stay there again.

No one at the front desk when we arrived, but not too long of a wait. Elevator was broken for awhile. Drapes were torn and stained. Breakfast was okay.

We stayed at a room with a lake view and it made our stay even more special. It was also nice to have complimentary breakfast.

Bes La Quinta I have stayed at. Great breakfast, wonderful staff. Clean and comfortable. A bit soulless but all hotel chains are.

I liked everything about the hotel. My only complaint is about the man checking us in. He was awfully loud and somewhat intimidating in his discourse and demeanor, verging on the tyrannical I might add. All our stays at Wyndham hotels during the last year or so have been excellent, no complaints.
