En général assez bien mais chambre assez vieille pas de café the dans la chambre, chaque jour javais des problèmes avec la carte de la chambre qui se démagnétisait.
En plus en partant je n’ai pas retrouvé ma trousse de toilette néanmoins le personnel reste sympa et professionnel.

Nice hotel albeit the rooms are a bit dated and could benefit from brighter looking colour scheme. We had a premium twin room on 16th floor, the hotel overall is very clean. Cannot comment on the pool or spa area which we didn't use. We had a half board option excellent choice at breakfast and evening meal. The only downside is the plates and food could be hotter. Nice bar area in the reception - drinks reasonably priced. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre approx 30 min walk.

Whilst this was a well located hotel with great view, we unfortunately experienced several issues during our stay The hotel has a lot of potential but several issues made the stay less enjoyable, examples below: -rooms are dated -made it difficult to price match despite their policy -elevator system is terrible, waiting 20mins each time you need to use -breakfast buffet often empty despite being before closing I contacted the hotel & customer service in December - but no one has replied despite servers chasers! (Ref 9203/58223) We loved Porto & we enjoyed this hotel for the location & the indoor pool, otherwise I did not get value for money Please can someone respond to my complaint, it’s been 2 months?

I stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip and was very pleasantly surprised. I found the hotel very clean and well presented. Food was very pleasant and service was excellent. Food / Drink was well priced with a choice of several restaurants.

Unwelcoming. Efficient. Unfriendly. Cold and hard. Our experience was colored by our reception at the hotel which was cold and unfriendly and full of "rules" making one feel less like a guest than an inconvenience. The process was efficient but lacking warmth. Our room on thec15th floor was small. The closet shelf collapsed when I pit something in the closet. The picture fell off the wall when placing our suitcases. I have never before been asked to book a time for breakfast. The breakfast was very good but the buffet layout was cramped and the staff were running around all the time. It felt very much like a production line hotel. On the other hand the dinner was good although a thin menu and the restaurant staff were very nice. The location was poor, not close to the center of town but I guess if you were there for the shopping it was OK. A half hour walk to most sights.

Noise from lifts kept me awake until late then woke me early in the morning. The sink had a crack in it, the shower went hot and cold, and the grout on the tiles was black in places. However, the hotel has a nice gym and swimming pool with great views. The breakfast was good also. It's a shame the room I stayed in was not better.
