航空機乗り継ぎのため宿泊しましたが、大変すばらしいホテルです。
空港から数キロの立地。１時間に１本送迎バスが出ています。
スタッフの接客は素晴らしいし、部屋はきれい。
夜遅い時間でもフロント脇にスナックコーナーがあり、無料でドーナツなどもらえました。
部屋の中にはエスプレッソマシンもありますし、リラックスして過ごせます。
朝食も種類が豊富で大変おいしかったです。
ボゴタをまた訪れる時は、ぜひ再訪したいです。

I was not impressive with the customer service. I've been in several Aloft, but this one does not comply with the service of others.

No A/C in the rooms, which is not advertised anywhere. Unfortunately, it was quite warm and uncomfortable over night and during the day with the sun heating the room.
Everything else about the property was great, especially the staff.

It’s guaranteed you’ll have a good stay. The property is in very good conditions in general. Service of all staff is great, specially the restaurant and transfer to airport. I would only point out that the bathroom downstairs in the lobby, could’ve been a bit cleaner.

The hotel didn’t have Air Conditioning to be eco friendly, they brought up a fan that was falling apart, food was good, but the bed was a slate of titanium, awful sleep

Excellent hotel in a convenient and safe location. Very clean, good food options in and outside of the hotel. Good shuttle service. Typically, I find pet friendly hotels to be a bit run down. This was not - highly recommend.

Check in was easy. The room is wonderful and front desk very helpful. Meets all Sheraton standards. Very pleased.
