Very clean and staff are also very nice. Location is brilliant not too far from train station and from train station it’s only 20 minutes to central. Very happy the hotel recommend !

位置稍偏點，在哈姆雷附近，路途經過，酒店房間比較小，早餐不錯，相比其他快捷酒店，價格相對有些貴。總體適合出差旅途中轉酒店。

Very nice and in a good location in Haarlem. Beware, the taxi's are ridiculous from Schiphol Airport. No joke we spent $67 on the 15 minute trip. Wish they would add a shuttle.

Great stay, bit sad it was only for one night. The bed is super comfortable and I did not hear the alarm. I blame the bed...
Staff is great, friendly and helpful.
Did not get a chance to try the breakfast but looked great.
Overall a very pleasant experience and will be back.

We had a disturbing and unpleasant experience at the IBIS hotel Haarlem, It was freezing cold outside, and inside the room the heating did not work, we asked to move us to an other room, the reception told us that all rooms are the same, they closed the central room heating system for the night, finally they gave us extra blankets A NIGHTMARE !!!.
When checkout they even did not want to take responsibility,
It is the first and las time I'll book a room in IBIS Haarlem.

Fast intake and friendly/good service. Onlusten bedroog was to warm to sleep. Couldn’t get the temperature lower than 20gr.

Nice new hotel. Worth staying, as it's much cheaper than Amsterdam hotels. 1km to train station and 25min train to centrum. Very safe neighborhood. Free coffee machine was a nice surprise.
