Royal Seabank Hotel

Party of 18 and everyone was treated the same with something for everyone. Age group was between 21 and 67. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The entertainment was great.

Hi I would like to complain about the Seabank hotel, room was so run down and not clean the shower was very dirty there was black mould and the water did not drain quick enough so we were getting black mould in the water at the bottom of the shower. There was no bathroom bin. I have a medical problem and I asked at the reception for a bin to be Put in to the bathroom and we had no hand towels, and just felt that the room needs upgraded. Some of the staff at the bar was very rude and there was one in particular. I did not get her name but she had red hair and she was very rude to myself and one off my friends the night before when I went to move a chair she shouted at me in the bar when the bar was full I was so embarrassed. I put my hand up to ask her to calm down and stop shouting then she turned round and says that I was pointing at her but I only meant for her calm down and then she said that I don’t like telling people four times to do something at that point one of the gentlemen in the bar spoke up for me to see you were shouting and as she walked off she remarked that’s not shouting you’d know about it if I was shouting, I felt this was very rude and embarrassing and I felt it was like a threat. I don’t think I would go back to the Seabank Hotel, then my father who is 87 and does not drink very much alcohol and she questioned him at the bar and told him he could only get one drink. We were all inclusive and we did not drink in the bar during the day. My father only had like three half Shandy A day, there was another company of 14 men and one of the men who was 88 what told to take his take away food to his room or outside which was a cold night then a crowd of people the following night brought in fish and chips pizzas and the bar maid was actually over eaten the chips from the takeaway and did not tell them to take the food outside. I think there should be one rule for everyone the same not a real for one and a different deal for another, I would like confirmation that you have received this complaint and that you have dealt with it And retrained the staff for the attitude and to make sure that the same rules apply to everyone. Myself and my friends were in room 200 we spent £330 for the weekend and felt it was a bit overpriced for the we were treated.

Food was good. Staff very polite and helpful. 5 stars Room 303 The rooms not so much decor very dated. The floor was uneven,Bathroom very small. The lift was the size of a postage stamp only room for 2 people. Stairs felt spongy when walking up or down. Hotel needs a total overhaul to bring it up to date.

We are just home from an amazing 4 night break at the Royal Seabank hotel. We were in Suite B and it was very clean and comfortable. Lovely food, brilliant entertainment and very kind and professional staff in all departments. Thank you. We will return soon.

Best hotel we have been to, had a triple room with three single beds room was lovely beds were made every morning and bins changed as well , staff at the hotel where really helpful and polite, would like to give a special mention to JAMES the manager as we went above and beyond for me and my family this whole trip we had he really is the reason so many people go back and the man deserves a raise nothing is a bother to him and he will try his best to help you out , really don’t think our experience would have been the best if it wasn’t for him

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the shows that were on the weekend I was there with my husband. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Would return to this hotel, great location as well. We travelled down so we could go to Aintree and didn't disappoint

Paid a second visit to this hotel and once again had a great stay . The room was great with a nice sized bed the food was great all tasted fresh and served by great staff. Will I be back Deffo in fact already booked for later in the year see you then gang keep up the good work

I've never had such thorough housekeeping services, nor such speedy Breakfast service, being staff at a hotel myself, I can happily say these guys are a place I'd recommend for people where I live. Believe me, I've travelled to a lot of places

Fantastic Staff and Entertainment. Excellent location and just a really nice atmosphere in the hotel. The food was perfect and nothing was a problem at all. The entertainment was varied and full on at nights and good fun. Well done to the team at The Royal Seabank Hotel.
